Having been a partner with Evermile for a number of years now, with increasing delivery volumes and service subscriptions, I find myself and multiple team members repeatedly 'bashing our heads against the wall' when trying to deal with any issue.
Collection arranged for 2-4pm for a 2-6pm delivery. At 4.45pm the package hadn't been collected. The driver ended up arriving moments before 6pm, causing our customer to cancel their order, as we couldn't fulfil their initial delivery request as promised. £200 revenue loss, recognition that the error was caused by the courier being late, but a hard message delivered of: We only cover claims for lost of damaged items. Not even an apology offered.
As other reviews here mention, Evermile are unfortunately powerless when it comes to fixing issues, and have strict policies in place to cover themselves, but not their partners/customers.

Expensive & not reliable - go direct to the couriers!
Expensive, friendly team but they are actually fairly powerless in dealing with issues (there are alot).
I urge you to check the underlying courier pricing, much cheaper to go direct

The team are very responsive and great at problem solving. They go above and beyond. The whole operation of setting up our online shop has been very tough but dealing with evermile as the delivery partner has been a smooth ride.

Brilliant solution for small businesses
At Drop App we have partnered with Evermile to improve the reliability and reduce the cost of our deliveries. We support a network of independent wine shops and their reputation rests of being able to deliver wine to their customers in less than an hour. Very occasionally you come across a company that just understands how important it is to back an incredible product up with unbelievable customer service!
