I ordered a fake scalp wig March 1, needless to say I haven’t received anything. When I got a response via email they said they don’t do refunds and to rest assure I will get my package. April 13th and tracking says waiting for package to be picked up since March 18th. The website said I would get it in 3 days. Fraud alert do not purchase and save your money.

EverGlow Hair is a SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! DO MOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a wig. I would give them a -1000 if I could!

I placed my order on January 25, 2025, and it took the company over two weeks just to ship it. After multiple attempts to contact them, the wig was finally sent out in mid February.

However, after repeatedly requesting a tracking number, I discovered that they had entered the wrong address—omitting a digit—which caused the package to be undeliverable and sent back to the company. Despite reaching out to them multiple times via email, I was given the runaround and never received my order.

In the end, I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back. This company is a complete SCAM, and I strongly urge others to avoid them. Do not purchase from them—they are a SCAM.

I also received a white package with a piece of cardboard that said Temu on it. I did think it was strange but I did not think to much of it as I shop with Temu all the time. After doing deeper research many others have had the same experience!

Update: The company has unlinked themselves from this post and blocked me on FB. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Even more proof it is a SCAM.

I placed an order with EverGlow Wig Shop on January 27th and never received the wigs I ordered. They sent tracking numbers—but the packages that showed up were small envelopes with random cards inside that had nothing to do with my order. It was a clear tactic to make it look like my order had been delivered.

I contacted the company several times, and each time they told me my order was still on the way. They made excuse after excuse, even going so far as to blame the delay on the “new Trump administration.” Despite their promises, I never received what I paid for.

I ultimately filed a claim with PayPal and reported them to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center. Thankfully, PayPal refunded my money.

Do not trust this website. EverGlow Wig Shop is a complete scam.

SCAM…NEVER RECEIVED WIGS*** Ordered wigs in 1/24/2025 kept saying shipped. Contacted them several times. Kept getting stupid responses like due to Trump Administration, The President Day etc why I have not received it. Request refund, they said they shipped a replacement. Now when I reach out to them I do not get any response. This is totally ridiculous. Reached out to Facebook about this fraudulent advertising on their site. They did nothing… Entered comments of the scam, my remarks and comments are being deleted. Which means someone is monitoring this company and Facebook can clearly see they are scamming people with these fake comments. Bank won’t do anything because I did it with my debit card, but now they say dispute can go through Visa but it takes 120 days. SCAM BUYERS BEWARE

They lied, they took my money, I didn’t get my fake scalp wig wet & wavy that was $96.00, I haven’t received my refund, like this is a shame…I’m sure they are looking at these comments laughing because they are now well off (financially,) they need to be investigated by BBB! They sent me a piece of cardboard with a note attached. I see all the reviews and they did this to numerous people!!! Something has to be done about them!!!!

they deserve no stars !! I repeat do not buy wigs from this site. I ordered a wig on 2/28/25 and it is now 4/11/25 and they had the nerve to send me a piece of paper with a message on it saying that my package is on the way. they wrapped up the message in a carrier bag that they would have put the wig in. Disgusting !! I in NY and they are suppose to be in Newark. I am ready to pull up !

I ordered the fake scalp wig on February 27th. It was allegedly shipped on March 17th and delivered to my letterbox on March 25th. On March 26th, I notified them that I did not receive the wig and requested a replacement or a refund if they were not able to provide one. I waited their 5-day response time and did not receive a response. I contacted them again on April 1st, requesting a full refund. Still no response. Fortunately, my bank will now take over to dispute the charge to my credit card.

This company is a big SCAM, sad I was a victim. They don't reply to messages, placed an order since January and they said the address was wrong which is not true. This April and I have no item or my refund.

...Well reading these comments , I might as well lick my wounds and walk walk I've been scammed by EVERGLOW HAIR!!..I purchased a wig on March 4th..waiting and waiting, finally I'm in April and I decided to check only to see where the tracking information said 'Delivered ' since e March 27th, and base on all the complaints delivery takes forever, they don't have a valid number, how did I get caught up in this when I do my homework?? I might as kiss my $116.00 goodbye! They are a bunch of theives!!

I received a thank you sticker in place of the 2 wigs I ordered nearly a month after my order date. Don’t order from this company it’s an elaborate scam. I filed a complaint with BBB and usps fraud.

I ordered a wig in Feb. 2025. My wig was supposedly shipped and delivered. I never received anything. I have been given nothing but the run around from this company. Very disgusted with them and a complete waste of my money.

Ordered an invisible scalp wig in February 2025 and never received the order. I have been reaching out multiple times and the company say give the time but I still haven’t received anything. They took my money and I haven’t received anything. It’s been over 2 months now. Beware don’t by from this company

Do not purchase from this company!!! They are a scam and you will go through hell to get your money back. I was literally sent a piece of paper in place of my package (wig). I was so excited because I thought I did my research but I guess not. Each time I reached out to the company they had no response in regards to where my wig was.

If I could rate 0 stars I would...ABSOLUTE SCAM!! The reviews are fake even the ones giving good reviews which makes me think it's a scam ring..you will never receive your order they are being overlooked because either they provide a fraud tracking number with failed delivery or you receive a piece of cardboard do not order

I ordered one of the invisible lace wigs I Jan 2025. Never got it. Custom service promised a replacement wig. Never got it.

I have been emailing them forever, they promised me on is on the way. That's all they say. Still waiting in April. Buyer be aware. Reminder of where this product ships from. Just saying.

Definitely a scam. Sent me a piece of cardboard and a Temu note. Thankfully Klarna refunded the payments I’ve already made and cancelled future payments.

This company is a SCAM. They send empty envelopes to your address so shipping shows as delivered. I ordered and never received the product. They lied and said a replacement is on the way. Now are completely ignoring me. SCAMMERS.
