Not a fit for our business. We are a group of professional athletes developing a sport specific training platform. Since we began developing our product it has been a priority to partner with like minded organizations. Everfit is not one of those.

There are plenty of options out there, pass on this one.

Always declines my payment, because apparently it fails the address check, even though I've tried multiple cards and varied the exact address formatting with my banks. Everfit are absolutely no help whatsoever and say it's probably a Stripe issue, even though I have no problems on other websites where Stripe is the processor. This problem has been going on for a year and they have no interest in trying to fix it. Awful customer service

Don’t ever buy a basketball ring from these guys. First they don’t provide a manual. When you go to search for a manual online there’s only one page for the manual that shows u how to build half of the ring? What? Am I a magician we can build with half a manual. I’ve built many basketball rings before and I can honestly say this company has the worst basketball rings especially to set up.

I have been making steady progress with Everfit. The workouts are tailored to my needs and ability and I couldn't be happier with my coach. Kelly B. is very positive, intuitive and keeps me motivated to continue improving.

I wish I would have seen this before I decided to subscribe to Everfit. What a joke! Everything looks good on the outside. You look at everything during the "free" subscription and it looks promising for a Nutritionist. Once you pay the workouts are pretty basic. You cannot pick or add your own. Well, Maybe you can with an upgrade, however, you can't ever speak with anyone. They have no customer service, only texting back and forth with what I'm pretty sure is AI, cause they keep giving basic answers to your questions. I asked them to explain the difference to the upgrades and they kept pointing me to the upgrades page and said that explains it all. Which explains jack shit. Worst platform! Do not waste your money.

I bought a everfit hydraulic piston 12 level rowing machine early April 2025,after a couple of days use,piston developed light leak,I contacted everfit to organise replacement piston
After numerous emails back and forth,everfit stated keep using it,I could buy replacement part of them,,mind you it's still under warranty,,which I pointed out,why should I have to pay.
Then everfit offered $35 payment for my trouble,then said case closed
Seriously I highly recommend you don't buy anything off everfit, as customer service doesn't exsist

I had to go through this service to pay a small business for a service. I didn't know this platform so decided to use a one time credit card for online purchase (just to be safe) WELL it isn't possible to use one time card on Everfit because the site try to save your credit card infos, therefore the one time card block on this site.

So sus. I use another service instead.
I would say don't trust this website with your credit card infos, use other services like Wise for ex. way safer..

I have tried over 40 different softwares so far, this is THE BEST!
The biggest pro is that they continuously developed new feature and enhance the existing features, I have used all different types of competitions and for some side projects we still like to use them just for the use of use, but Everfit by far has the biggest featureset and most new features added every year.
Since starting to use them in 2021, they continuously added new features, which is a big thing for us as we have our own tech team and if we continue to use a software that just stagnates, we seriously question whether we should rather code this ourselves.

Many hate the modular pricing, but we actually do think it's nice because it allows us to get everything we need without having to pay for excessive nutrition coaching or other features and with over 100 clients in the platform it comes down to around two dollars per declined, which is totally fine for medium to high ticket coaching.

The customer support is also top-notch, they are always, super polite, I was actually asked to participate in varying surveys, betas and it feels like they are still listening to their community.

Big loss of time

There are good features on the platform however, most of them come at a high price. My clients like it but from a coach/trainer perspective they have a long way to go to improve it. I find myself creating basic gym exercises as they are not in their library. Also, you can't use the app on landscape mode on the iPad which is ridiculous and you have to go to web version which is only good on a laptop. I've recently downgraded to the free version and I am now shopping around for a new platform.

Emails all the time, all i wanted to do is to check it out, the app obviously doesnt understand that

Great app. My clients like how user friendly it is and I enjoy using it to create their programmes, provide them tasks and track their habits.

Sorry but charging an extra 50 dollars for automation is ridiculous

Horrible experience with login and cancel subscription.

Best training app I’ve tried. The free month of the pro version sold it for me.
