No one wants to hear from Bill collectors but Mr. Robert made my experience with Everest Receivables Services not so bad and an easy fix for me. He deserves a raise or something. I’m glad he’s in management already and I hope he will continue to contribute in the way he does for this company. He helped me when I was under alot of pressure/stress and done what he could to work with me, not against me. I appreciate him for that. Great job doing your job and WELL!!!
Highly not recommended. Job loss is on the horizon.
This collection firm calls me 5 times per day, sometimes on weekends. Im a bit worry about my job at the law office. These kind folks at everest been speaking to by boss about overdue bills. I keep mentioning, when I receive my lottery winnings we can move forward getting this taken care of. :)

Jermaine was kind during the call from start to finish. His demeaor made me want to get this taken care of as quickly as possible. In comparison to another company, who has tried collecting on two medical bills, their rep had a demeaning tone and very disrespectful. I have had a medical ordeal and losing my job that placed me in this predicament. jermaine treated me with humanity and that's all I would expect. I owe the bill and I wanted tot ake care of it, but Jermaine's handling of the call made me want to do it as soon as possible.
