Paid for overnight shipping and never…

Paid for overnight shipping and never received my item. I had to call and cancel my order because it did not arrive

Perfect over the Bed.

Perfect over the Bed.
It was perfect to hang over our bed in place of a chandelier. We had no electrical connection there, so I just added 3 flameless candles on a round craft mirror. I sprayed the sphere in silver leaf, and added some silver leaves and crystal berries for romantic bling.

Customer Service

I received a broken cake stand and contacted them via chat and they replaced it with express shipping since my event was 4 days away. That’s what you call great customer service. And not to say there shipping is fast.

Tengo varios proveedores pero Event…

Tengo varios proveedores pero Event Decor hace la diferencia en todo!! la manteleria es un poco mas cara pero sus colores y texturas son de una calidad excelente! aparte de comprar sus productos estoy en la escuela de IWED yo pensaba que sabia casi todo y me di cuenta que hay tantas cosas que aprander, los videos y todo es excelente!! el material y todo es completamente divino! 100%recomendado.

Lies lies and more lies

Very disappointing i got lied too for 1 month to get a refund and still didn’t get all of my refund back after i was told that there would be no restocking fee on my return if i changed my first review which was negetive look at the date on my last review i just got my refund yesterday and i paid $1437.45 and $210.00 for shipping only got back $1141.86 which i was suppose to get a full refund on furniture only not shipping Thank You!

Hello Daryl,

I am sorry that you feel you were lied to. The refund was for the cost of the furniture ($1442.40) less the shipping costs which are non-refundable. We waived the restocking fee of 35% per your request (which is unheard of when it comes to furniture).
As stated on our website, you are responsible for the return shipping back to us ($300.54).

We allowed this return through our shipping company so that you were not billed the fees you were quoted.

The refund amount of $1141.86 is correct as you are responsible to pay for the shipping charges.
