Save your money do not order from this place. It is a scam, the clothes are not USA made they are all from China! All materials advertised are inaccurate. The sizing is so inaccurate and tailored for no one! I can’t even donate these clothes they are so useless and disgusting! The support contact is no longer available I will never get a refund!

This is not a Canadian company. Product took a few weeks to arrive, sent from China.
Product is poor quality. Colour not as expected. Return was impossible. Despite multiple requests for the address to return to. it was never provided. Very frustrating dealing with them.

I purchased a dress from this company right after Christmas did not like it very cheap looking . Did not fit I paid almost $70.00 returned it never heard a thing from them I know I will never get my money back but I can’t believe companies like this is a real scam . If I could give no stars I would. I fell for a 69$ “orthopedic boot. (I have nerve damage to my right leg from a spinal cord bleed ) The picture,description and look of the boot was the polar opposite of what arrived. Plastic,not leather,machine made ,not handmade. Pathetic. Absolute Fraud. The advice was to send them back to China (supposedly made in Chicago) at 40$ shipping. Ridiculous. Or a 10% refund. I’m on a fixed income and increasingly unable to work.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam and the quality is the absolute worst. I probably will not get my money back and will literally have to throw the boots I got in the trash. They are the worst things I have ever purchased. EVER!

I ordered women's shoes as a gift online, from Evelyn & Rowe (Chicago). The advertised shoes were made of attractive leather. What was shipped were not even close. In fact, the shoes received are made of plastic, not leather.

When I attempted to issue a customer complaint, no one responded for three weeks. Then an email address was provided. Again, weeks passed after emailing and finally I received instructions on where to return the shoes. As the return address is in China and they don't pay for shipping returns, the out of pocket cost is more than $50.

I am completely dissatisfied and angry about this SCAM. Do not purchase anything from these crooks.

This company doesn’t deserve one star! It is a scam and a joke. Do not buy anything from this so called company. They are very dishonest and have a page that looks like they are in Chicago they are in China they have charged my CC twice the dress is cheap and gave me a fake address to return it and it cost $100 to send back to China. There is NO phone number you can’t call them and they will hardly respond to your email. They need to be shut down! Please it looks good online but they are trouble.

This place is a joke , complete scam , i ordered a pair of boots, they were horrible not at all what was advertised.
tried to return the boots and they sent them back, tried working out using their 30 money back guaranty, and i found i have to spend 100 plus dollars to return a $60 dollars pair of boots.
they claim the boots have to sent back to "their warehouse" in china which is a sweat shop for chinese people who make .05 cents a pair, then drop shipped thru alibaba . i cannot emphasize enough the complete and total scam this is.
the business isnt in chicago , its most likely run from a trailer park in POODUNK Georgia . im going to cut my losses but rest assured these clowns will never see another dime from me !
i have already filed a complaint with the the BBB and US postal inspectors for wire fraud which they govern.
you cant do this to people and not expect reprisal !

these are vinyl NOT leather, very poorly made, no comfort. and customer service is a joke and is operated by someone in the back of a chinese restaurant called Weebenndemover and How.

Both ordered items were the wrong size. The large shirt didn't even fit a medium size child. Returns are impossible and far too expensive to consider - which is what they are counting on. DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY!

I would give 0 stars if possible!!!! SCAM ALERT!!!!!! Same issues as everyone else. Poor quality, and forget about returning. Goodwill will be getting this donation!

This website is absolutely a SCAM never ever order from them. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.!!!!

It took a month to get the package. The Product I ordered, a pair of heeled sandals - very bad quality, bad smell. It’s very apparent it looks nothing like the pictures on their website. I’ve emailed them several times asking for a return. They haven’t replied to me. Save yourself the trouble. Don’t order from this website, it’s a complete scam.

Total scam site. I did not receive what I ordered, I received a cheaply made blouse in place of a cardigan. They want me to pay to send it to china in order to get a refund.

is it possible to give ZERO stars. Ordered a sweater for my wife for $59.95, that looked like a $200+ sweater. When it came it was complete garbage. Money completely lost. Absolute scammers. STAY AWAY.

Totally catfished!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!! Worst online purchase ever even through Facebook. I ordered boot that were made from styrofoam, came stuffed into a bag clearly too small for the boots, they were creased and nearly ripped. If that wasn’t bad enough, they were 2 sizes too small. TERRIBLE. Then to return I have to pay.

This website is scam, bait-and-switch operation, with poor-quality products from a sweatshop in China. Poor quality materials and products not matching online images. This website charged me triple the amount. It is Impossible to cancel or return orders, if you even receive the order. This despicable website charges an extremely amount for returns to China. Do not believe this site is from anywhere else than China.

Very poor quality and sizing is off. The website says they are in Chicago but the items are shipped from China. I tried to make a return but would have to pay shipping to China. Also, it took 3 weeks to receive the product.
I would not recommend.

This company is false advertising and should be sued! They use AI generated pictures, and the items you receive look nothing like their pictures. Their return policy was to offer me 20% back! What? Do not buy anything from them or you will regret it! Cheap, cheap, cheap fabric and beginner level craftsmanship in the sewing.

Honestly wish I had researched this company more before I impulsed purchase! The product I ordered wasn’t a shirt … which I received fairly quickly however it came out of Jamaica Queens NY warehouse … no label on shirt, fabric smelled and was cheap quality. Buttons were barely attached. Did not reflect the photo nor the description! Had to search for an email to return as nothing included in the package at all … I did get a quick reply by emailing their customer support - advising they would send me 10% back and keep item …. Or if I send back to CHINA! I would need to pay shipping costs which woul range from $ 28.00 - $ 108.00 depending on which courier! The shirt was $60!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

The shoes I ordered were nothing like the picture of this fake company! They were nothing but junk! Any returns go back to China at customer's expense. Buyer Beware! Fake Company NOT based in Chicago!!!
