My family with two young children have benefited massively from Evelyn & Bloom during two holidays in 2024. It says everything that we'll hopefully keep getting a brilliant and natural nanny for our trips in 2025. Recommend.

We have used Evelyn & Bloom to find a holiday nanny whilst visiting Mallorca, and to help us find a Spanish speaking Nanny based in London.
Jo was so helpful, quick to respond, and wonderful to work with.

Brilliant nanny company! This is our second time using Evelyn & Bloom and once again, they were fantastic :) Jo was very patient and dealt well with our rather complicated schedule (we were there for a month with various children coming and going) and our nannies were highly engaging, fun and also went the extra mile to help keep the holiday running smoothly. Our children (4y, 2y and 1y) adored them and they became part of the family. All this meant my husband and I could truly relax. We look forward to seeing them again next year!

I could not recommend Evelyn & Bloom enough, they are absolutely amazing and I'm so happy that we choose them to be apart of our wedding day. As any parent is, I was quite nervous if our children would bond with childminders and whether childminder would be able to keep them entertained throughout the day. I had absolutely nothing to worry about. We arranged two child minders for two children (our son 3 years and niece 4 years old), both childminders Carol and Elena were ready and waiting at the venue for when we arrived and we also had the pleasure of meeting Jo who had come to set up also. They were super friendly and were straight over to us and our children introducing themselves and getting to know us and particularly the children immediately, they were so engaging and engaging straight of the bat, which made me feel right at ease. They laid out a lovely play mat with plenty toys and arts and crafts close by for our niece creating all sorts of drawings and pictures whilst the girls were getting ready, which was nice to see, whilst the other child minder worked on getting our son to sleep (so he wasn’t cranky for the ceremony). Just before the ceremony they were both hands to deck helping us get the children ready and cheering them on before they walked down the aisle – it was lovely.
I would say both our son and niece are a little clingy in nature but neither child cried or wanted to be with us at any part during the day as they were so pre-occupied with the minders enjoying themselves. It’s actually quite funny, we tried to get them over for pictures at one point, which they did, but they couldn’t wait to get back to the minders and ran off in a flash soon as we were done. They were playing all sorts of games, I could see them walking round exploring the grounds, playing scavenger hunts, picking fruits.. all kinds, both Carol and Elena were wonderful, engaging and entertaining, the children loved them. Honestly this company is worth their weight In gold, we didn’t have to worry that the children wasn’t enjoying themselves and we could equally enjoy our day – and they were in safe hands.
Prior to the day, I had changed the timings of when we needed the minders on many occasions and the company was extremely accommodating. All was organised very smoothly, very professional and well run service. Highly highly recommended they were amazing, I could not fault them.

This agency is rigid in their approach to dealing with their clients. We recently had an experience in Mallorca where we were faced with unrealistic expectations. It was stressful. Make sure you understand the detailed requirements of this service before booking as they expect you to be *exact* about your booking times with little flexibility. There is no way to pay for services digitally which was an inconvenience.

Just want to say thanks for your services as everything was so easy from the get-go and we felt in safe hands. Eppe was an absolutely incredible nanny. From the moment she walked in and shook my boy's hands and then excitedly jumped onto the couch to join them in the game they were playing, I knew she was going to be awesome. The kids keep saying "She was the best babysitter EVER!" She made the whole night super fun for them, engaging the whole time in their interests, teaching them new games etc. She had a great sense of humour and really put her energy into the whole night while sending us a quick update video to let us know how things were going (the kids were beaming - it looked like great fun!). She was a gem, just wanted to let you know as we were very grateful and would highly recommend your services.

Evelyn & Bloom was recommended by our wedding planner for our own toddler, and for our guests in the lead up to and on our wedding day.

From the initial call I had with Jo, I felt instantly at ease about having someone abroad looking after my 2 year old for 4 days - who can take a while to warm to new people and it was something I felt nervous about initially.

The team are incredibly professional, reliable, experienced and friendly. They went above and beyond to step in and take such great care of my toddler during such a busy time -nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I would have no hesitation recommending Evelyn & Bloom and hope to have the opportunity to work with them again in the future in beautiful Mallorca. Thank you again Jo & Carol.

We got in touch with Evelyn & Bloom whilst we were already on holiday in Mallorca. Jo was prompt with her reply and was able to line us up with a fabulous nanny called Suzette for the following day. Suzette was brilliant with our 4 year old daughter. She brought along games and sticker books to play with her. Our daughter had a lovely morning with her and even asked when Suzette was next coming back!

We used two nannies over our holiday recently in Mallorca and they were both very punctual, professional and fun individuals who were gentle and loving with our 4 children. They took great care of our kids and I will happily be using the service again. We got some much needed time ourselves on a busy trip!

We used Evelyn and Bloom for a wedding we were hosting and they were super efficient from beginning to end. We had two nannies who were absolutely delightful, organised and highly qualified. They entertained the children for 3 hours during the wedding - the parents where close by but it meant they could relax and chat knowing their children were happy.

I can not sing Evelyn & Bloom's praises high enough. Jo was so patient and understanding when our plans changed twice due to travel restrictions and found us the absolute perfect match of a nanny for our holiday in Mallorca. Our 4 year old son loved spending time with Megan. She was incredibly imaginative and had loads of ideas of how to keep him busy and out of the sun in the hottest parts of the day and he loved spending time in the pool with her. His swimming came on leaps and bounds throughout the week and we were totally confident leaving him with Megan whilst we went off cycling for some very rare time together as a couple. Thank you!

Since then I have used this company many times as I know my little one is in safe and caring hands. Jo runs a professional and reliable nanny service that I would recommend to anyone.

Our 4-year old had Emily as her online nanny providing her English lessons. She was absolutely fantastic and as a result our daughters English improved dramatically in a very short period of time. Our daughter understood a lot of English previously as her dad is English but didn’t really speak it until having lessons with Emily. The lessons were fun, engaging and she always came out after the lessons with a huge smile on her face and couldn’t wait until next time. Emily also gave her fun homework to do. We can strongly recommend this!

I would highly recommend Jo as well as Evelyn & Bloom - excellent childcare agency. Jo had looked after our boys (aged 6 and 4) before on a separate trip and they loved her. She is warm, fun and wonderful with kids.

When we returned this year Jo was able to find us another nanny (Olga) who was also fabulous. Our boys really liked her, she played fun games with them, read to them, built dens, built Lego, swam with them (I was totally comfortable with this as she is a lifeguard) and made sure they were fed and drank enough. She has a lovely calm and caring nature, so we were able to fully relax and enjoy our time together as a couple (we went cycling!)
