Is a chinnese scam !.
I ordered a nice Ring and they sent me an awful, cheap and completely different one .
So I contacted them and they told me that a returns are very complicated to do , so I should just keep the wrong ring and they will refund me just 15 % of what I paid.
Long story short, I ended up with an awful ring in my trash can and they steal 85% of what I paid .and the worst is that they make it look legal !!
We have to stop with these Chinese scams from once at all .

I wrote a review on 28 Jul 25 saying poor quality, Chinese not British as advertised. Originally stated that Chinese Customs have held the package for two weeks and are still holding it. Avoid at all costs.

The moon bracelet didn’t wow me. The charm is cute, but the chain feels a little too thin. I’ll still wear it now and then, just not something I’d call a favorite.

I like that the enamel and gold bracelet doesn’t snag on anything. It feels modern but still classy, and it fits snug without pinching. One of those easy everyday pieces.

The moon bracelet is fine, but honestly it looked better in pictures. The charm’s cute, but the chain feels a bit too thin. I’ll wear it sometimes, but it’s not my favorite.

I ordered 3 necklaces and a pair of earings. Delivery took over a month which raised my suspicions and on looking at the refund policy, I discovered the buyer is responsible for paying for returns to China! The items were very cheap looking when they finally arrived in plastic pouches and definitely not handmade. The hassle of returning the items China put me off so I complained and was offered a 20% discount which I took.
I've worn the jewellery and had some compliments but it's not what worth what I paid. Evelyn jewellery also trades as Claire jewellery - same photo and blurb!

The two rings I ordered were nothing like as advertised. The stones in the middle were cloudy and it was not silver as advertised but cheap metal. I have written to them for a refund but have been ignored so am going to my local Trading Standards to complain and then on to Small Claims for a refund.

I was not pleased with the ring I ordered for my daughter’s birthday when it arrived mid June, I thought it looked like costume jewellery. I messaged the help line and they offered a discount of 20% but I decided I was going to return it and I found I had to return it to China which is odd and was costing me £10 to send it back does Evelyn live in China or retire to China maybe, then I thought it to be a SCAM I don’t think it is handmade by Evelyn at all so a definite scam!! Beware folks

The earrings were a while getting delivered. Tried to cancel order, as had suspicions they hadn’t been truthful over the quality and price of the order. I think the earrings are worth no more( two pairs) than £10. They arrived and are of cheap quality. I have just seen exact same ones in the website ( Temu) for under £10.00p. I paid over £40.00. Be aware!!

I think it is a scam. The items came from China and look ok but are very cheap . It is not a company retiring that’s for sure. Save your money.

Scam site. Check out, Nola Jewellery, Wendy Clarke, Claire Jewellery and this Evelyn Jewellery all the same made up story about one particular woman retiring and selling off her handcrafted pieces. Different photos of women, different names, same Jewellery and story. LIES and SCAM.!!! Beware!!! You can see by the positive reviews all from USA probably linked to the company as they are all very poetic/using AI about this jewellery and have done only 1 or 2 reviews.

I bought a ring which was really poor quality did not look anything like advertised, it is so difficult to get in contact with anyone, and more importantly is not specialized comes from a factory in China..

I placed an order from what seemed like a beautiful boutique called “Evelyn Jewellery,” which claimed to sell handcrafted, high-quality jewellery. The story on the website was touching — about a woman named Evelyn who had shops worldwide and was retiring. I trusted it.

I spent £107.10GBP on items that were advertised as handcrafted, gold, pearl, and silver. What I received was cheap-looking, mass-produced costume jewellery from China that didn’t match the pictures at all. One necklace was just a pendant with no chain.

The company claims to offer a “no-questions-asked refund policy within 30 days,” but this is false. I had to email multiple times, and they kept offering small discounts (20%, then 30%) to avoid giving a full refund. Finally, they told me I had to ship the return to China, even though I ordered from a company supposedly based in Berlin, Germany.

I’ve now submitted a credit card dispute through my bank and learned that many others have had similar experiences. The website seems to be a scam, using a fake backstory and lovely photos to lure trusting customers.
Please be careful. Don’t let this happen to you. If you've already placed an order, take screenshots, document everything, and speak with your bank.

It's really heart breaking. Let’s stop these scammers from hurting more innocent people.

I would give no stars if possible. Bought a dainty gold chain with pearl beads. Put it on and literally overnight the chain turned black ~ what the ….???

Pretty, but cheap. Not the quality I expected for the price I paid. Would not have paid the original price or these items.

I received my 2 rings after waiting for them to travel from either China or Hong Kong, not sure. They are of a quality you would expect from a pound shop. The website is fraudulent, deceptive and lying to the public. I won’t were these, they’re just not good enough.I’ve been fooled with the pictures of the lady and the videos suggesting the rings are made with expert hands. I promise you they are not. There are a no. Of companies selling this jewellery. Be aware!

Absolute scam. Ordered apparently gold earrings that were handcrafted and originally £80 now £19.99. They are not worth anymore than £5. Cheap rubbish made in China that I can't wear. Keep well away

I have just received an item that I expected to be of quality. It was originally priced at £112.00 according to their website and reduced to £27.99 due to the company closing down.
They represent themselves as a western company but are in fact in China.
What I received is the quality of what you may receive from a cheap Christmas cracker.
Steer well clear of these scammers

I thought I’d check reviews first. I’m in the UK. ALL of the 5 star reviews write ‘their’ review in exactly the same way, they all start with the item they bought. No one does that let alone EVERYONE! I believe the UK reviews SCAM!!!
