Initially the cable did not arrive despite being ordered well before the deadline for next day delivery. However, when I called to enquire, they sent out a replacement which arrived after two days.

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant, I got the new transit hybrid and never came with the cable I needed to charge at home. Ford said it'll take over 2 weeks, so found EV. Called them the lady said their charging cable was compatible!! Ordered next day delivery, definitely recommend

Very very efficient service
Very very efficient service. Ordered on Saturday night. The charger was delivered on Monday afternoon. Works as expected. Also liked that the site allows you to enter your car registration so you can check compatibility.

No problem with ordering the cable but…
No problem with ordering the cable but the delivery was an issue as the cable never arrived but claimed I was not in when it called. However we have security cameras and the van never showed up. I had to pick up the cable the day after from local depot.

We use DPD’s premium Next Day Delivery service (free of charge) because they’re normally reliable, and we dispatched your order on time with the correct details. Unfortunately, in this instance, the service you received didn’t meet the standard either of us would expect.
We’ll continue to raise issues like this with DPD to push for improvements, but please rest assured that on our side, everything was handled correctly and on time. We hope this doesn’t put you off ordering from us again.

They stood by the customer
Bought a cable advertised as BMW compatible but after a handful of uses the cable plug melted. After some email exchanges and returning the cable I am pleased to say that they fully refunded the cable even though the manufacturer did not back them up. I am convinced the cable was at fault. Be aware that using an extension with a charger invalidates the warranty.
But all in all, the company looked after me, the customer and I can not complain.
I would purchase from them again as the looked after me in the end.

Fast delivery and a big thick cable, but very expensive for what is just a few wires wrapped in rubber.
£280 for a 15m granny cable is criminal lol.
And yet we're meant to believe the world wants us to switch to electric to save the planet? Nah, its just another way to profit lol

Items totally different from what they have on their website
First of all I’ve sent you quite a few emails. No one‘s getting back to me. The goods I purchased was a car charging pack for my car a T2 EV. charging cables in a bag I got the cables but no bag.
So, I don’t think they provide a very good service

There is an option to add a free bag if you would like one, you didn’t select to add a free bag, so it wasn’t included in your order.
If you would like one just let us know and it can be arranged.
You sent an email about delivery, and we responded within an hour, saying it had been delivered to the depot.
So we are sorry for your frustration but as I business I don’t think we could have done anything more.
Great product and fast delivery
Really clear website, fast delivery and a great quality product at a fraction of the price of the BMW dealership. What else is there to say?
