We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mirage with our family. The villa was extremely comfortable. The sea view was absolutely breathtaking, and watching the sunset from the villa every evening was an unforgettable experience. We especially enjoyed spending time in the private pool and jacuzzi while taking in the stunning views.
Being close to Yalıkavak Marina made it easy to reach great restaurants, shops, and beaches within minutes. From the booking process to the end of our holiday, everything was smooth and professional. Mrs. Esra and her team were always friendly, attentive, and happy to help with anything we needed. We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We will definitely be coming back.

The company's communication and support from helping us get to the villa to helping when we locked ourselves out was the best ever. I was made to feel in good hands and that helped us relax and feel at home. The caretaker was on hand if needed, he was a very nice, courteous and able man. Messages to Eva Villas where acknolwedged in minutes. They even did a shop for us as we were arriving very late at night. The Villa could do with a little care and attention, however it felt homely and we loved our stay. The gardens were beautiful and the pool large and kept clean. We had a great stay in Bitez, a lovely resort just paced just right, restaurants and shops only ten minutes walk from the Villa. I would have no problems recommending you use this company if you want reassurance, assistance, no stress and excellent professional support at all times.

Yaşadığımız ufak tefek sorunlara hemen çözüm ürettiler. Evi çok temiz aldık, havuzu da çok temiz ve keyifliydi. Evin konumu harika, hem denize hem Yalıkavak Marinaya yürüme mesafesinde yer alıyor. I want to share my experience with Eva Villa Rentals.
First of all they are the only ones who really care about customers and owners at the same time. They wound carefully and with patience advice to both parties what the best in order for everyone to be happy.
Second of all they did they best in making our stay pleasant and without any troubles. From finding our🙈bags that were left somewhere on the streets, to taking care of our schedule in sightseeing, would suggest for every member of the family, considered each needs.
At the end of our stay I can say, I fall in love with Bodrum, and feel like will visit this beautiful place for a long time!

Found this company a couple years ago. Ever since then, traveling to bodrum became a breeze. The most amazing owners, who helped my family and I anywhere from stay, to car rental, to legal aspects because we then needed Turkish residency and they helped us through the entire process. We rented from them a villa for a whole YEAR. would never have been able to do it with someone else. The whole process and timeline, no complaints! Will be returning and always trust this company.

من كثر ما كانت الإقامة سيئة، ما أدري من وين ابلش بعد سفر وتعب، وصلت الفيلا وأنا متأملة خير أحصل مكان نظيف ومرتب، لكن للأسف دخلت على مكان وصخ ومهمل. الماي الحار ما كان يشتغل، وضغط الماي في الشاور ضعيف جدًا، لدرجة ما قدرت آخذ اسبح. والأسوأ من جذي، الشاور نفسه كان وسخ، فيه شعر وأوساخ بشكل مقزز!

النظافة بشكل عام كانت معدومة. لقيت كلينكسات وسخة يم الستارة، غبار وأتربة في كل مكان، وزقاير مقططه صوب المسبح، وحتى حمام الدور الأرضي واضح ان مو منظفينه.

كلمنا إسراء عن كل هالأشياء، وللحين ما ردت وصار للمسج أكثر من أسبوع! صراحة شي جدًا غير احترافي ويضايق. يابو أحد ينظف عقب ما اشتكيت، بس الشخص اللي يا ما ياب معاه ولا شي، لا أدوات تنظيف ولا شي، بس فوطة! شلون راح ينظف بهالطريقة؟؟

وزاد الطين بلة، لقيت عنكبوت كبير وصرصور داخل الفيلا. من كثر ما كانت لايعه جبدي، ما قدرت أرتاح طول الفترة.

أنا فاهمة إن تصير مشاكل مرات ومنطقة بحر وفي زرع وممكن في شويه نمل، بس المكان المفروض يكون نظيف ومجهز عدل خصوصًا بالسعر هذا! صراحة أبدًا ما أنصح بهالمكان، وتجربتي كانت مزعجة ومقرفة لأقصى درجة. شوفوا لكم مكان ثاني، هالفيلا ما ينسكن فيها كلش 👎🏻

I’ve never been so appalled by a rental. After a grueling 10-hour journey, I arrived expecting a relaxing villa — instead, I walked into filth and neglect. There was no hot water, and the water pressure in the shower was practically nonexistent. To top it off, the shower was filthy, with visible grime and someone else’s hair still inside. Completely unacceptable.

The entire villa was in a disgusting state. I found dirty tissues stuffed by the curtains, layers of dust and dirt throughout the space, cigarette butts scattered around the pool, and a toilet that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. It was as if the place hadn’t seen a cleaner in weeks. The garage door upstairs was also broken, adding to the overall sense of disrepair.

I contacted Esraa immediately, but over a week later — still no response. It’s beyond unprofessional. Someone was eventually sent to “clean,” but they showed up with only a towel and zero cleaning supplies. Needless to say, that accomplished nothing.

And just when I thought it couldn’t get worse — there were large spiders inside the villa. I was constantly on edge, unable to relax in what was supposed to be a comfortable space.

At this price point, the absolute minimum you should expect is cleanliness and basic maintenance — neither of which were delivered. I strongly urge others to stay far away from this property. It was a revolting experience, and I regret booking it.

Unfortunately, my experience at this villa was quite disappointing. After a long 10-hour journey, I arrived to find the villa in very poor condition. There was no hot water, and the water pressure in the shower was extremely low, making it difficult to even take a proper shower. To make matters worse, the shower itself wasn’t clean — there was visible dirt and hair inside.

The general cleanliness of the villa left a lot to be desired. There were dirty tissues by the curtains, dust and dirt throughout the space, cigarette butts left near the pool area, and the toilet downstairs hadn’t been cleaned. The garage door upstairs was also broken.

I reached out to Esraa about these issues but have yet to receive a reply — it’s been over a week, which feels very unprofessional and frustrating. They did send someone to clean after I complained, but the person arrived with just a towel and no cleaning supplies, which didn’t really solve the problem.

There were also large spiders inside the villa, which made me even more uncomfortable during the stay.

While I understand that sometimes things happen, I do think guests deserve a clean and properly maintained space — especially given the price. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this property based on my experience, and I’d suggest others look elsewhere.

Esra is absolutely amazing.She will do anything to accommodate your needs. When visiting Bodrum and I need a villa this is the only company I use. Highly recommended and trusted

I have just returned from a 2 week stay at villa Stella in bodrum. I contacted Esra and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish, she made the booking very easy and was extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions that I had both before and during my stay at the villa. If anyone else is thinking of using Eva Villa rentals, please do not hesitate. I am very happy with the service and the villa was beautiful

The villa was a bit outdated inside but the outdoors were so worth it, amazing pool and view on the marina. It’s a great villa for big group of friend or family and I really recommend it!!

This villa is beautiful and in a very good area. Esra, the property manager, made the booking and all our arrangements very easy. In addition to the villa, she helped us airport transfers, a private driver for the weekend, a private boat charter, and a private chef on the last night of our stay. All of these things were amazing. I would highly recommend!

Eva villa rentals was incredible! We really enjoyed our stay here. The villa was very clean with gorgeous spacious balconies. The staff are very kind and super helpful. The villa is a short taxi ride to Yakima am Marina and a 20 minute walk. The pool is quiet and a lovely place to relax and enjoy the sun. Eva and Damla were very supportive throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this for your stay in bodrum!

Our stay at this villa was nothing short of spectacular! The property was exactly as advertised, featuring breathtaking views, a stunning pool, and a sauna that added a touch of luxury to our experience. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, assisting us with everything we needed. They arranged our transfers seamlessly and even organized an unforgettable day on a boat, which turned out to be the highlight of the trip for my guests.

I had the pleasure of showing the country to my international friends, and this villa made a remarkable impression. If I could give it 100 stars, I would. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional stay!

Amazing host! Very attentive and helpful. Helped me plan a surprise for my friend at no extra cost. Was always available for a chat or call to address any questions or concerns. Most especially, the pictures match the villa. Exactly what was advertised is what we got. I highly recommend and would give a hundred stars if I could.
