Placed an order through the website for…
Placed an order through the website for next day delivery (Royal Mail 24) received a notification that the order has been refused and was being returned to sender.
I literally greeted the postman, so know this wasn’t the case. The postman didn’t even have the order when he came to my delivery address.
Emailed the customer service team who advised I would have to wait 5 working days or until order was delivered back to them before I could be refunded. Extremely frustrating but understood this was their policy.
The 5 working days past and was contacted to see if I wanted a refund or the order resent. I opted for a refund, I had used some of my loyalty points to pay for the order and asked if these would be returned to my account and was advised they couldn’t be, which was extremely disappointing .
So all in all a pretty bad experience and wanted to leave a review so other people are aware before placing orders

Absolutely amazing experience,I went in on 17th of February Tuesday in to the shop(Bromley South-high street shop-NEAR BROMLEY SOUTH STATION London),such a lovely girl ,gave the best advice ever-on products,also very welcoming and warm atmosphere.I am new to vaping,she gave me the best advice on which vape to buy-the best one!Also her vibrant personality,made my day,THIS IS HOW PEOPLE SHOUD BE ,I thought,just WOW!

I know very little about vaping
I know very little about vaping, so went into the Ashford store as a complete novice. The lady who served me was really friendly and gave me plenty of information (and suggestions) to help me get the best brand, flavour, strength etc. I will definitely continue to go there from now on. The man in the crawley store in crawley town centre was very helpful.He explained everything step by step.What I would need to do with my partner's vape and was very helpful in telling me how to set it all up

Amazing service as ever in the Exeter store. Hannah, Chloe and Ryan have fantastic customer service and excellent communication. They are always happy and smiling. They let me know what's on offer and provided great advice when I've changed my device recently. It's also good to see they have a rigorous policy on checking ID as many other local shops seem to not bother. When staff take the time to talk to you as a friend, it makes you take your business back time after time.

Over charging
I was looking fo the xros 5 and I seen it for 23.99. I when to the store and was charged 28.99 instead witch it a £5 different. I rang and all I keeped getting told it said it in the t&c witch it don’t say it at all on the page that you look at online. I would not recommend this company at all. I would have but with them saying that there is nothing they are willing to help with I will not be going back at all in store or online. My advice to any one DON’T GO HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

The £23.99 price for the XROS 5 is an online exclusive offer and it is marked as such on the website. Our in store prices are set separately and are clearly displayed in store, which is why the device was £28.99 when purchased in person. This is also outlined in our terms, as online promotions do not always apply in store.
I appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for and I am sorry that it has left you feeling unhappy with us.
