Hans communicated quickly and clearly and is a big reason why after going back and forth of being unsure whether the lease was right for me, got me over the line. He was not pushy at all and just what I wanted in a car salesman. I am looking forward to the delivery of my Jaecoo. Great pricing from Evans Halshaw as well, thank you!

I have dealt with other lease companies and brokers , but every one at Evans Halshaw Leasing who handled my early Contacts ,Ordering and Updates till Delivery made ,Did so in a very professional and friendly manner whether being on the phone or an email and I would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to lease hire any vehicle for Good Value and Services.

I felt listened to, team were really helpful (James in particular). He was readily available and professional.

This is the first time that i've ever leased a car - and I was a little nervous as it was all new to me. The Sales advisor was not pushy at all (which I like) and gave me a number of quotes with no hassle. He also answered all my leasing rookie questions with patience.

After accepting the quote I was passed to another Team that procures the vehicle, and I received a welcome email introducing my advisor Lana who has been able to answer my further leasing rookie questions - and handled the interaction with Lotus to confirm car Spec, and arrange Delivery. I was given the option to either get myself to Lotus (and get reimbursed) or have it delivered around 100 miles away to my place of work for free.

Delivery day came - and there it was - in perfect condition, delivered within a covered trailer - my new car.

I can't fault Evans Halshaw for the experience.

A Fantastic experience from James Dunn (Sales) and Lana (Admin) and everyone else at EHL helping me find the perfect car. James was a superstar, helping me find the exact car I wanted. No request was any bother at all and was kept in the loop at every step of the process! Lana was amazing at sorting out all the paperwork and getting the keys to my new baby in my hands in record breaking time! She even kindly spoke to the dealer to ensure the hand over was child friendly as I had my 5 year old sidekick that day!! Really value all the help, advice and support from James and Lana and know in 3 years I will be back as I do not intend to use anyone else now I have found the dream team! Thanks both and EHL for putting me in my dream car. Whats the old saying "If you turn your head back to look at your car as you walk away, then that’s a sign you truly love your car" Well, I walk away from my car backwards hehe

I couldn’t recommend Hans more. His communication, professionalism and contact has been excellent. The whole process has been swift and easy. When the car we wanted was sold, Hans agreed a slightly better spec with no added cost on our behalf. Can’t praise enough.
