Recently switched to Evans Halshaw leasing from previous company I used for a few years as they had a good price on the car I wanted.
Going through the lease process was stress free and there was good communication from them. I did not have to chase them up. Just waiting for delivery date now for my car.

I dealt with Amna at Customer Services for Evans Halshaw Leasing. I had ordered a new Volvo and she kept me up to date with delivery schedules etc.
Amna always responded to emails and was very helpful in making sure my car was ready to be delivered before Christmas.

Terrible customer service. Administration staff were not helpful and repeatedly put the phone down on me. Would not recommend to anybody.

Poor admin staff. Admin staff responsible are completely unreachable after signing order form. Emails are not responded to and the phone is not picked up. Would not recommend at all!
