My boiler broke down on Wednesday 10/2/2021 which was the coldest night of the year leaving me without heating and hot water. I telephoned Mark that evening and he kindly agreed to come and have a look at the boiler for me the following day. Two parts needed to be ordered overnight and Mark came back on the Friday to fit them, restoring me with heating and hot water. Mark was an absolute god send! Very professional, knowledgeable, and polite, and I will be for ever grateful for the speedy service that he provided at such short notice. Thank you

Air conditioning fitted. All products explained and choice given. Very neat and tidy work (even took shoes off inside without asking). Explained a new change of route due to an unknown obstruction in loft area. One area with the cabling didn't quite look right (aesthetics) and they fixed it right away. Would highly recommend.

An excellent service from Mark and his team - they identified an issue with the gas supply, fixed it, and managed to install the new boiler quicker than expected, whilst removing the old one and leaving everything clean and tidy. Very friendly, helpful and professional - will definitely use them again!

Mark & his team fitted a Mitsubishi LN series A/C unit in the loft bedroom.
Super impressed with the way the team were able to fit the unit, as well as cover pipes to give a hidden finish.

We had an air conditioning/heating unit fitted in our office last week after struggling to warm it up in the mornings with just the radiators and it's been an absolute life saver! It was a quick and easy installation and we're incredibly happy with the service provided.

From the inital meeting around discussions about options for air conditioning, through getting the quote and the actual install we have had nothing but the upmost professionalism from Evans and Son. Our house and the weather tried it's hardest to cause them problems with the install but they took it in their stride and have left us with an amazing setup. Would happily use them again and recommend them !

The Air Con unit looks great and despite it being a hot day outside, within 5 minutes of operation my Studio was super-cool in temperature!
Everything was explained via a quick hands-on demo, and the Toshiba unit is a simple and easy-to-use model, which I am thankful for!

Mark and his work colleague turned up well presented and professional. On the first day they stripped out all old air con units making sure to de-gas. On the second day they installed and gassed up the new units. All works were done to a high standard with minimal interruption. I would have no problem recommending Evans and Son to others, a job well done, we are very happy with the works.

The 2 guys who came turned up on time, they were very professional looking and very well mannered . They were very courteous of making sure we could still work around the them, informing us on every step that they were doing and they even cleaned up after they finished. They gave us a good explanation on how our new unit works and worked to a good time keep. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend.

I have been dealing with Evens and Son Heating and Cooling for the past 4 year or so. My First experience was getting an air condition unit fitted in the Master bed room. Mark initially came around to give me a quote explained how everything will work and the best place to install the unit. He was very knowledgeable and gave me good options on the units. The installation was faultless, neat, tidy and the engineers were very professional.

Mark also comes around yearly to service my boiler and air-condition and as always provided excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend Evens and Son Heating and Cooling to anyone.

Recently had installation of an air-con unit in our loft bedroom. Efficiently installed, great service both from the engineers on site and Mark and Louise in the office. Would recommend and definitely use again.

This is my second experience with Evans & Son heating and cooling and I cannot fault the service at all. After thinking about it for some time we decided to take the plunge on AC units for the house - my only regret, why didn't we do this sooner!

From quote to completion the service has been exceptional. The workmen were professional, courteous and very tidy. Most importantly the AC units are fantastic and have kept us cool and very comfortable (especially at night), throughout the recent heatwave.
