My experience with Evaltrade has been quite smooth so far. I chose the 100K two-step account and spent some time going through the rules before placing my first trades. I particularly like having the performance information available through the dashboard because I can quickly check the drawdown and overall account progress without switching between different pages. MT5 was also straightforward to connect and use. I contacted support once because I wanted to clarify one of the challenge conditions, and they responded with a direct explanation rather than sending me a generic link. I haven't completed the whole process yet, so I can only comment on the experience up to this point, but the onboarding and trading environment have been good.

Thank you for your feedback, but both claims don't hold up against how our platform actually works.
On entry placement: Every trade is executed at the exact price shown on your chart at the moment you confirm, and each trade record stores the precise entry price, timestamp, and direction for full transparency.
On same-price expiry: This claim is simply incorrect. When a trade expires at exactly the same price as its entry "a tie" the full stake is automatically refunded to the balance, not settled as a loss. This is built into our settlement system and applied to every account without exception. Every trade also carries a small, clearly disclosed spread, so a trade closing a fraction of a point away from entry is not a tie , it's a loss or win based on the actual close price, exactly as the terms state.
We take trade disputes seriously, but we can only act on specifics. You have not contacted customer support, and no trade IDs, timestamps, or screenshots were provided with this review , so there is nothing for us to verify. Every one of your trades is recorded with its exact entry price, expiry price, and settlement result, and our support team can walk through any of them with you.
If you believe a specific trade was settled incorrectly, please send us the trade ID or a screenshot via support. If something is genuinely wrong, we will investigate and correct it. Otherwise, we'd kindly ask you to revise this review, as the behavior described does not occur on our platform.

This is good plateform , the ui and full user experience is good . I am litte disappointed with 3% payout fee but overall I got good experience
