Placed many orders and items are way better than cheap items in other sites. Custer service is great and very responsive.

I bought a Tesla car accessory; the shipping was reasonable fast (~1 week), the packaging we good, and the product worked as intended. You may get advantage of their frequent discount coupons, free shipping on ordered >$79, and free accessories for certain orders. Communication through email was efficient and pleasant. I recommend them.

Got leather seat covers for my Model 3, quality seemed good, but they did not fit correctly, cheap pull straps broke, backseat cover was completely useless, holes were nowhere close on the seatbelt spots as well as the holes for the seat release, can't lock the seats with them on without having to make the holes bigger. Same with the seatbelt holes, not even close
Front seat covers are all puffy looks like crap, waste of 400 dollars, wont take a return because it out of the package, lesson learned never again. No instruction with the covers and the video link they sent has nothing to do with the ones I received, very disappointed

Bought a steering wheel cover from this scam Evaaams company. They sent the wrong one
Simple I will send in the unused one wheel cover and they will exchange for the right one right. Since I contacted them immediately after receipt. Wrong!
They stalled asked for pictures and all and are not responsive. To tell me they can’t do it because I should buy a new one and they will give me a $9 credit on an accessory that costs close to $70.

We purchased Roof Glass Sun Shade for the Panoramic sunroof in our Model S. The shade is shipped from China via the cheapest shipment option so we had to wait 3+ weeks until it finally arrived in the US. But when it came the box was damaged and empty. Now we have to file a Paypal claim while the seller is "investigating" what happened. Obviously cannot recommend it unless you want to wait 3 weeks and then be ready for a surprise. Can't comment on the fitment of Model S since we haven't received the Roof Glass Sun Shade.

Expensive, but material is high quality and the design is tastefully understated when compared to other Tesla-branded seat belt covers I've seen.

I had the same EXACT purchase and experience as the reviewer Lon left on May 15, 2024. I wish I had checked Trustpilot reviews sooner before getting duped. I'm going to file a claim with my credit card company. Evaam's last email to me after several back and forth was: "you will have to pay for return shipping to a Chinese address plus the restock fee which will be very expensive. So, you should just give it away to your neighbor..." What the heck?! Total scam company. They lie about their return policy as well as their 30 day money back guarantee. Please stay away from them.

Please don’t use them. I ordered logo covers for my Tesla and I received low quality replacement STICKERS, not covers. It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone in customer service. The phone number on their site states this mailbox hasn’t been setup. So unprofessional. I should have read reviews on Trust Pilot.

I order a sunglass holder for my car and it was the Alcantata Tesla sunglass holder. It was not as describe and didn't look like the picture. It looked like that took a really cheap plastic case and glued the leather onto it. They charged 79.00.
The leather covered the tabs and it was to thick and would not go in without damaging my car.
Don't buy it!
I can not recommend this company in any way.
Bonus- They also sent a gift which was the cheapest terribly made I have no idea what is was It may have been a Tesla card holder in which the card kept falling out of.

I aslo had an issue with the anti kick Tesla plugs. There is NO way to attach it so that literally just fall off. I tried to contact Evaam on multiple occasions though mail and also through the Chat. They didn't reply to either
Overall the item are really bad quality and customer support is awful.

Terrible. I followed the installation instructions exactly, and the protectors started coming off in less than a week. One is only hanging on by a few inches.

DOZENS of back & forth emails and the issue has not been resolved. Just endless circles and deflection.

Evaam will NOT honor their warranty and now I have to get my credit card company involved. They wanted me to PURCHASE another protector to send a "Free" one. That's not how warranties work.

They finally offered to send replacement tape. But, what arrived (4 weeks later from China) is the wrong size tape. Now they are fighting me to correct it.

Poor customer service I placed my order for seat covers 5/5/24 and canceled it 5/6/24 asked for refund its is now 5/26 and still nothing. they are holding my money hostage for no reason. this company is unethical. I've sent 30 emails requesting money back, my financial institution has gotten involved to stop payment but evaam is not responding. ths is the worst company ever dont buy from them.

The Tesla rim covers arrived in about two weeks since ordering, but they do not fit my rims. Despite advertising a 30-day money back guarantee, EVAAM has not honored it. In fact, they have wasted my time with about a dozen emails back and forth over three weeks. Finally, they said they will not accept a return or exchange even though they are unused and in the box. At first, they offered a coupon to order a new set. I accepted that, and then they said the coupon would be 10% off. What? The oddity ensued from there. In my opinion, this company is unethical and illegal by not honoring their 30-day money back guarantee.

Fake company. They should be stopped. Do not honor return policy. This company must be stopped from exploiting other non suspecting customers.

They are fraud

Took 25 days to ship my order, and when I received it, one of the items (mud flaps) I ordered was not included in the shipment.

They don't have a product in first place for my car.
And on top of it they charged my credit card.
You will not get a prompt response in Email .. minimum day or two after you email.
No phone number to reach.
Not sure how reliable it is to buy a product for after sales support.. still waiting for my money after they told they don't have the product to fit.
Be careful.

Fight fraud: reportfraud with ftc

Ordered alcantara hand stitched steering wheel cover. It wasn’t a perfect fit and the sides of the cover didn’t “connect” in few areas so the result is not up to expectations. I posted 3 star review on their dedicated website page but they removed it.

Do not use this vendor! Ordered an item and they sent two and charged me twice! This was in January, 2024 and have not received an address to send the item back for a refund! Eight emails sent to them. They did reply eventually by saying they were on vacation and would help me when they returned. Then after several other emails I sent, i got a reply that said I must pay for the return shipping but they were moving their warehouse so they could not give me an address to ship it back. They would let me know in three days where to ship the return. That was two weeks ago! This is the absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM!

They took 10 days to ship my order and ignored every email or attempt to communicate during that time. When they finally got back to me, all they said was "Please be patient". It's obvious they have a lot of problems over there in the China warehouse. I've been waiting 2 weeks now because their cheap carrier has also lost the box now that it finally shipped. I will never order from them again.

order Tesla Model trunk cover in Feb. The order came a few days later. This is piece junk. Nothing fit. It must design by monkeys. Do not deal with this company. Contact customer service via email and phone, but no one care to answer.

Product was defective upon receipt. No customer service for returns, exchange or refund. Product not as described from their website.
