Visited Bury St Edmunds branch to have 4 new tyres fitted to my Son’s car. When removing one of the alloys, the wheel was badly damaged. When I picked the car up, nothing was said and I only noticed it when I got home. Despite complaining to Europit, they have failed to acknowledge or respond to my complaint. This was my second visit to Europit Bury St Edmunds, there won’t be a third. Extremely poor service.

Liam from Ipswich was a treasure- super helpful with great customer service. Very accommodating. Great value.m tyres and wheel balancing done by steve.

On two occasions recently, due to ill health,:I was unable to get my car into Europit in Clacton for its MOT. I called and spoke to Michael, who arranged for a staff member to collect my car from home in Colchester, so that the MOT could be done before the deadline of expiry. The staff at Europit were very helpful, courteous and lovely. They explained the work that needed to be done and the associated costs. Upon vehicle's return to myself I spoke to Yaz to ask if vehicle keys and paperwork could be dropped through my door, to save me getting out of my bed to receive them. (I am very unwell at the moment). Europit have always been very thorough, great value and honest with their pricing. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to everyone at Clacton who helped to make life easier for me on this occasion 😃😃😃😃

I was about to drive to Norwich as I started the car up I heard a bang turned out my exhaust had broken off called Europit clacton and Kwik fit clacton both said they would call me back with a price and when it could be done, 10 minutes later Europit called back with a price and it can be done right away,
I said yes and did a quick fix to hold the pipe up and by 12 o clock I was on my way to Norwich
Great service, so good I asked the price for a re gassing of the air conditioning, I went back a week later for that to be done!!
By the way still waiting for Kwik fit to call me back!!!

This is the second time the staff at Europit, Clacton on Sea, have basically saved my life. Why my car has to develop a problem just before a holiday away heaven only knows. The staff towed my car, detected the problem and fixed it all in time. What a great team of people. Many thanks. In fact I cannot recommend them or thank them all enough. That is including Emma, Jake, Michael, Tim (breakdown guy) as well as Darren for driving me back home the day of the car crisis.

Europit tyres - Ipswitch. Excellent service when we had a puncture while driving nearby. They had us back on the road in about 10 mins (great price too). Highly recommended.

Can't remember dates. But... was very hasty last time I left a review fir a mechanic and ended up quite disappointed,. Was also let down by my regular tyre guy so ended up at clacton branch of europit tyres. What a find! The guy in charge is ex merc ,the service is great . They have now maintained 3 of my cars in a little under 18 months. Mot services tyres, even recomended mersea auto transmissions for both merc gearboxes. Can't rate them enuf great bunch great service you couldn't want anything more from a garage. Yhis review is long overdue but I wanted to be sure, thanks guys for every thing you have done for me Steve

Bury St Edmunds branch provided excellent service and above-and-beyond customer care - even running me home and collecting me afterwards.
Competent and straightforward to deal with. Accurate estimates of cost. Friendly staff too. I'll be back.

Staff who work at the Heybridge store park in nearby roads and they throw litter from their cars into the street when they leave. This has been going on for the couple of years.

I went to Kwikfit in Ipswich and got 2 new tyres. They then wanted £78 to do the alignment, which seemed expensive, so I said no. I then took the car to EuropitTyres in Ipswich, they checked the car and said the alignment was perfect and didn't charge me, thus guaranteeing my custom for life.

1st time using them and cant fault the service. Fixed the issue and was reasonably priced.

Do not recommend in the slightest. Went there for four tyres to be fitted. Took over 2hrs 30mins, to fit four tyres… absolute joke.
Not only this, I was told by the receptionist that wheel alignment was included, nope. Charged an extra £36, for something I only agreed to because I was told it was included.
Everyone that came in after me seemed to have been prioritised and left long before me. Would not recommend and will not be returning. Would rate lower if I could.

We have used them some 6 times this year for tyres and MOT's for our families cars and on every occasion Europit staff have been most helpful and prompt, doing a great professional job.
NICE to find and use a good firm !

First time have used them, needed a new tyre, they were simply lovely quick and helpful we just went there didnt have an appointment, got a cup of tea and our border collie got a biscuit, really really impressed, staff were so nice, would use them again.

A few months ago, I brought my car in with an A/C issue. I was assured that there was nothing wrong with the compressor (which I accept was correct) and had the system re-gassed. The first time, dye was not added, so they re-gass it , which brought my total cost for gas to approximately £130

Unfortunately, the A/C has stopped working again. When I returned to the garage, I was informed that the condenser is leaking and needs replacing, along with a pipe, and that the system will require another re-gassing. I was quoted around £600 for the condenser replacement alone, excluding the pipe.

Given that the A/C failed so soon after the previous work — I am concerned about whether the initial diagnosis and work were adequate, and whether the condenser issue could or should have been identified at that time.
