THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I sent a faster payment of £124.12 on 3/11/22 which got processed immediately and left my bank. Then requested a refund as i no longer wanted the product and it had been a few days and my order had not been processed ,'CHARLIE' Told me when they received payment they would refund me. Back and forth with emails telling me they had not recieved payment which is false as i rang my bank and checked. My bank then contacted there bank and was unable to get my money back as they did not no where it went. 'CHARLIE' Asked me for my account number and that they was going to send me my refund. This did not happen it has been weeks
ALWAYS CHECK REVIEWS FIRST PEOPLE. In the middle of a cost of living crisis and near christmas and this company and several sister companys which are more or less identical are stealing money off people. AVOID.

Avoid this company they do not deliver what you order and customer service never responds to emails or phone calls.
I now am going to get my money back via my bank a clear breach of the consumer rights act this company should be shut down, very poor quality products AVOID.

my order has been blocked at customs for more information and possible customs tax assessments, the company has not provided me with any type of support, the product has been returned to the sender and I have not received any kind of refund and information, complete disinterest from the company, so I lost my money and got nothing. bad service, bad customer focus, they also stopped responding. I don't recommend the company

I ordered from them in the past never had an issue. But the last order, brings me here to write a review.
I ordered last week for a good amount. They asked me for the first time to pay by having to give all my info, never happened before. I let it slide even tho is a red flag.
For days they kept telling me I didnt pay for my order, but i had an email of confirmation from them about my the payment (stupid if you ask me). Emails were missspelled mostly, another red flag. In the end I choose to call my bank to find out, maybe I am wrong and they are right. But no, the bank immediatly confirmed my payment, and gave me a reference number that I sent to DP.
Next email, was them thanking me for my order, after almost a week in which they vehemently tried to convince me otherwise.
I mean, you as a company try to pull this scams, is sad. Makes me sad, i have to give up on a company that I worked with fine.
Thanks DP for the past orders, but the last one showed you true colors.

Poor customer service.

Product arrived incomplete according to their website, I should have been able to mix product together but only one part arrived.

When I asked if this was correct they ignored my question for over a week until I asked again.

They then sent a tracking number. The same tracking number that I already had.

I didn’t even ask for this.

They closed the case.

I reopened the case due to not having any answers.

Yet again they closed the case.

£70 down the toilet.

The company is a complete scam.

Website name is Direct Peptides, they email you saying don’t be alarmed if the payment is named as a lighting company then the payment is taken from Build Parts EU Ltd.

Do yourself a favour, do your research and buy from a reputable company. AVOID this one.

the order did not arrive, no response from emails, no tracking information phone number on site and the business park mentioned on their address doe not list them as a business. Looks very suspect indeed but they have until lunch time tomorrow to change my mind. The is the client list at the business park

they also list an accountants on their follow up emails and having spoken t the accountants, they do not know who it is and are looking into it.

I will now report them to trading standards, google and any other platform they are on of course if they are legit, which is very suspect they can come back to me from the multiple emails I have sent them?

All the positive reviews are probably scam. I didn’t receive my package.

With my order no problem. I received fast and peptides looks good quality.
In my personal experience i recommend It.

Very poor peptide quality ... practically, in my case, they sold me ghk-cu when it was ghrp ... this to save money and scam customers ... who knows both compounds immediately recognizes the side effects.

I have had two experiences with direct peptides customer service. The first was bank transfer difficulty which was an error on my behalf, a couple of emails and a screenshot later and the issue was resolved and funds found by the bank and order dispatched. The second was delivery delay in which case I notified direct peptides and asked why. I could not get a definitive answer but was offered na possible solution (covid-19 mailing issues) and my order was sent again.

Charlie seems happy to iron out any wrinkles in the transaction and product delivery process.
