Best service and almost new cars

well I did not receive the expected…
well I did not receive the expected car.
I got the car according to the requirement, but this is not the car I expected and promised to my family.
Finaly I do not understand why dropping the car in Pireus is any difference then dropping the car in Athens? First there will be a surcharge (which I understand somehow) second we were to announce it at least 3 day prior. So we decided not to use this service.

Your reservation was a category of CGAR and you had pick up Opel Crossland Auto from the category. As it concern the drop of in a different location than the pick up 'One way fee" it has a charge based of terms & conditions we are following of Europcar International.
