Still trying to get in contact with office. The documentation of the damage has not been sent to my email. No phone call received as was promised and still require my deposit back. Customer service contact form on website is useless. Have been waiting for more than three weeks for a response now.
Service was kind, but slow. We had to pay a deposit of 240€ despite of having selected the premium option. Our car was quite old and damaged, something we were not expecting when selecting Europcar instead of other local less known local companies.

As a company in all our rentals a security deposit will be blocked on the credit card plus the estimated cost of the rental will be charged at the time of pickup. The deposit that will be blocked on the credit card will be released by the cardholder's bank, upon notification after the vehicle returns. The estimated time of released is always depends of bank the customer use.
