Horrible

Horrible, just horrible. They are selling products that they don´t have. I bought a computer from euronics.ee website for 4500€. On the day when it was supposed to arrive, I heard nothing. Then reached out to Euronics customer service myself to ask where my order is. They told me that they do not have any stock for this computer nor will they plan to order it anymore. Why could they not inform me about it themselves and I had to reach out to them?

Even worse, now they also told me that I have to wait up until 2 weeks to get my money back. People get refunds even quicker when they return a product they have bought. I have to wait 2 weeks to get my money back FOR THE PRODUCT THAT THEY WERE SELLING WHICH THEY DIDNT HAVE. HOW RIDICULOUS. I will never purchase from Euronics again and I´ll keep informing everyone to stay away from this useless store that is selling products they don´t have and then holding your money.

Absolute nightmare

Absolute nightmare, never buying from here again!
I bought a product from Euronics.ee, and the quality was terrible right from the start. Cheap materials, poor performance – it felt like a complete waste of money. I decided to return it immediately, which should be a simple process, right? Wrong.
It took me numerous calls, emails, and messages over weeks just to get them to process my refund. Every time I contacted customer service, I got vague answers, delays, or they simply ignored me. It felt like they were deliberately making it as difficult as possible to get my own money back.
The whole experience was stressful and frustrating. If you value your time and money, stay far away from Euronics.ee. Poor product quality + horrible after-sales service = recipe for disaster.
Never buy from Euronics!! You've been warned.

I am buying a fridge with a full
price and they give me a display product from the showroom which is packeged with just one thin piece of cardboard and a thin layer of basic wrapping plastic. Which doesn’t give any protection to it. While the fridge has a glass front cover.

Bought a TRUST Smartcard Reader today

Bought a TRUST Smartcard Reader today. The instruction page is 30cm long, with double-sided print .04 mm. Totally unreadable to the human eye. I placed the unit into the lap top and there are not install information, install setup, or contact information. Do not trust and TRUST products or Euronics stores

I had such a disappointing experience…

I had such a disappointing experience with Euronics Eesti. The customer service is absolutely helpless! I waited forever to get help, and when someone finally did assist me, they did not provide me with relevant information, like they couldn’t care less about my issue. I bought an expensive item that turned out to be faulty, and getting it replaced or even looked at felt like pulling teeth. For a store of this size, I expected way better service. Definitely won’t be shopping here again anytime soon...

Наплевательское отношение.
Купили холодильник, который не работает. Забрали в мастерскую ( или на завод обратно в Китай отправили) и почти месяц без холодильника. На обмен другого пока и речи нет, ; или же платите за временный. Нет смысла ни в гарантии ни в оплаченной страховке.

Faulty product and very bad customer service

Very bad customer service, faulty products and no communication.

I purchased a TV from Euronics which was faulty. They came to take the TV away and the person picking up the TV said that they'd probably return it after 7 days.

A month has passed with absolutely ZERO communication from their support team which means I've been without a TV for over a month.

I reached out to them THREE times and they confirmed they would ring back that day or next working day or share more info via email which they NEVER did. It took 4 attempts to get them to finally reveal that the TV failed testing so we would need to order a new TV.

Really, really poor experience and won't buy from them again.

Dreadful Customer Service Experience with Euronisc Estonia

Euronisc Estonia has managed to deliver an appalling customer service experience, leaving me utterly disappointed with their treatment of customers. My encounter with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare.

From the moment I reached out for assistance, it was evident that Euronisc Estonia lacked basic courtesy and respect for their clientele. Their communication was unresponsive, and when I did manage to get ahold of someone, the tone was dismissive and unhelpful.

Moreover, the way they handled my concerns demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and understanding. It felt as if they were intentionally disregarding my valid issues, leaving me feeling unheard and frustrated.

In addition to their dismissive attitude, their problem-solving skills were shockingly deficient. Instead of providing efficient solutions, I was met with excuses and attempts to shift blame onto the customer, as if we were responsible for their own shortcomings.

It's evident that Euronisc Estonia prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, which is unacceptable in any reputable business. Treating customers in such a disrespectful manner reflects poorly on their professionalism and raises serious doubts about their commitment to providing quality service.

In conclusion, my experience with Euronisc Estonia has been a disaster due to their horrible customer service and the disrespectful treatment they inflict on their customers. I strongly advise against engaging with this company and caution others to steer clear of such a regrettable and disheartening ordeal.

Kõige halvem klienditeeninduskogemus Eestis. Kui soovisin kaupa tagastada, sest selgus, et nende kodulehel oli toote kohta valeinformatsioon, siis tehti kogu protsess nii keeruliseks ja ebameeldivaks, et lõpuks jäigi soovimatu toode enda kätte.

Во-первых, обслуживание полный 0! Это про euronics в Kristiine keskus.

Купила ребенку умные часы за 139.99€, в магазине не разрешили включить и проверить, ну ладно, открыли дома, сенсор не реагирует, ужасно тормозит. На следующий день поехала из Кохила в Таллинн, чтобы вернуть. Подошла к кассе с возвратом, а там кассир говорит, мол ей некогда этим заниматься и что у нее клиенты. Ок. Говорю, а я кто, не клиент? Приняла меня кое как с недовольным лицом и сказала, что они товар не возвращают. Я спросила, мне что выбросить теперь на помойку эти часы? За 140€? К ней на помощь подошел молодой парень, на удивление вежливый (эстонец). Объяснила ему ситуацию, пытался что-то сделать с часами, поменять настройки, ничего не изменилось и он согласился дать подарочную карту на эту сумму, так как деньги возвращать не могут. Ок. Через месяц в интернет магазине заказала товар на 99.99€ с подарочной карты, если вдруг опять не будет работать, то смогу в течение 2 недель вернуть и получить обратно деньги. Повезло, возвращать не пришлось. На днях решила заказать еще кое что на оставшиеся 40€, а мне говорят, что деньги сгорели, написала им письмо, а они меня, грубо говоря, послали.
Я понимаю 2-3€ , но не 40€ же!!!
Во-вторых, смело скажу, что Euronics разводит клиентов и я туда больше ни ногой! И вам, не советую! А деньгами пусть подавятся, я не обеднею!
