Toilet serviced only once in 5 weeks and I had to chase for that to be done. Constant lame excuses as to why they can’t service the toilet. They make you feel like they are doing you a favour for organising a service. I am sure there are better suppliers out there and not ones that ask you to email your complaint rather than resolve on the phone.

Just report to action crime branch about euroloo please avoid euroloo to order this scam company charge me overalmost double its hiden did not shows in invoice then less then 12 hr emailed to cancelled my order costumers service rudely behaviour asking cannot refund made full charges even cancel loo and stop him to unlode take back inform by email and call costumers service about they respond out hr email not acceptable cannot refund i explained if no 24/7 cooling period cancellation policy if charge for one advance 7day notice cancellation refund rest of money even next week money not refunding as well please any one been through this type of any case please contact to report crime branch this company should band. And avoid to hire toilet

Appalling customer service. First week didn't come to clean the toilet. When I called I was told there can be an up to ten day delay. Best week, again not cleaning at 7 days. Assured that the next day they would come. They didn't. I called again because my poor workmen were upset that the toilet was smelling. Euroloos response- we never promised you anything let us check the recording of our call!!! The most arrogant useless customer service ever. So disappointing.

Paul was escarpment provided over 5 star would be 10stars if it was an option. Paul was top man very friendly and did a top job on the toilet it looked brand new once he had left.

As a horse rider I regularly come across rude drivers who lack any consideration for our welfare and safety but yesterday I came across a true gentleman. We were riding on a very narrow mud covered slippery lane and the driver kept well back and gave us the time and space to find a safe gap. He passed us slowly and as wide as he possibly could.
I just thought I’d say thank you from me and my beloved horse Fleur.
He was dealing with a portaloo at the beginning of Bings Road Whaley Bridge

First experience hiring a portable toilet and Euroloo has been exceptional. They do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. I must admit I didn't expect the loo to be as good as it is, so I'm very happy all round! We've had the loo since 24th April during construction works and it has been invaluable. Definitely recommend.

Paul stuck with it in finding us and friendly, and helpful on arrival. I really appreciated his cheery manner!

First time customer - Euroloo supplied 4 x event toilets for the Middlewich Folk and Boat Festival in June 2024.
Arrived on time, well stocked with paper and sanitiser and were immaculately clean. I was expecting to have to service them a bit on arrival, but no! Ready to go. Great service, nice people and prices are not bad at all. Thanks Euroloo.
