My experience with the company was pleasant and easy, they were helpful and informative, they called back when they said they would, all in all I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Paid 02/01/26 still awaiting any type or response. I called Friday and wa son hold for 10 minutes. Advised id get a call back as they didn’t know what was going on…..never heard anything further.
Dreadful service. Following this emptying of tank I’ve paid for I shall be going elsewhere!!!

Absolutely not the right people for this business,

I take a loo from them on 29 October, in Kensington and Chelsea, and till 3th of December, I was calling them to come and clean because the smell was spraying all around the street, I get many complaints from the neighbourhood,
I didn’t have other option but to remove it and get other company to bring me a loo on the site,

I will definitely not recommend this company, they doesn’t fit for this job.

Excellent service from start to finish. We have used euroloo on many occasion's in the past and find the service outstanding and amazing. So do not hesitate contact euroloo today.

I had a very bad experience with Euroloo. Their regular service is terrible. Instead of coming weekly or every 10 days, they usually take more than two weeks to show up, and that’s only after constant calls and follow-ups. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not important to them at all. I definitely do not recommend using this company; their service quality and responsiveness are very poor.

Super efficient service as ever...if you need an emergency loo...best in the business.

My experience was far from great
Firstly
I was purchasing a Euroloo not hiring one but my invoice showed that a one day hire was £400
I queried this but was told that's how our system is set up
Next a Euroloo was delivered to my workshop at
7. 30 in the morning without informing me
Then i was told it was sent in error and it was a fleet hire one not the one i chose when visiting the yard
I asked on four or five occasions that i want the toilet cleaned out and cleaned in general, but when the correct toilet arrived in the afternoon it was dirty
The lock was broken and ok it had been emptied but was stained all round the pan and the floor
I phoned up about that, and spoke to a girl in the office who put a male after about fifteen minutesof hanging on on to speak to me
He said he would be with me in fifteen minutes but arrived three quarters of an hour later
He came with a new sponge and pair of marigold gloved and a bottle of cleaning liquid but with cold water in his bucket, and did not achieve anything other than make a hell of a mess and made the situation worse
So today i have spent an hour cleaning the toilet from top to bottom
Oh and the guy who delivered i, did not give me a plastic key to open the loo roll holder so i had to phone about that also.
Now it is fit to use where as before i would not even let my worst enemy use it
So Euroloo you need to get your act together and treat your customers much better
I was very disappointed to say the least
I hope if you come to service the toilet, leave it in a fit state to use
If not i will send a bill for cleaning it, which i should do now after spending £400.
So would rate this purchase at tow stars no more

Excellent service all round especially the delivery driver nothing too much trouble

The contract states that the hirer is responsible for the security of the toilet. However Euroloo will not give a definite date for the collection and so the responsibility becomes open ended. It took 10 days for the toilet to be collected after the event and in this time it was always extremely difficult to contact the company as the phone cuts out automatically. A sure sign of a company with poor management systems. Avoid them unless you enjoy a stressful experience

Delivered on time and a phone call before as requested.
The loo, which we were using for an event, was clean and looked quite new.
They followed the instructions about where it should be positioned which I had given on booking.
Communication was polite and efficient at all stages.
And both the delivery and the collection personnel were very nice and helpful. Alin who collected gave me a call to advise he was 30 minutes away which was very helpful.
And importantly, the price was competitive.

All in all I would thoroughly recommend.
