I made a phone call for some dry verge that the other suppliers in york didnt supply. It was delt with brilliantly i was told the parts needed would be ordered and they would call when the parts arrived. 2 x days later came the call and drove up to collect and everything asked for was on the side along with some happy, polite and great staff, When done Eurocell

All the staff are very helpful and very positive. Turning up as a non tradie can sometimes feel intimidating as you have no idea what to ask for. But I’ve always found the help I’ve needed when I’ve visited. John was a star.

Went to Eurocell this morning, greeted with big smiles, very helpful, nothing too much trouble, very understanding, the lady and gentleman behind the counter a credit to Eurocell, would not hesitate to recommend. Once again thank you for your help and understanding.

We’re very pleased with the products we bought from Eurocell. Their customer service and support was excellent and everyone we spoke to at the branch were professional and polite. We’re happy that we chose them to supply the products we needed for our new porch roof.

From initial enquiry to installation everyone was very helpful, patient and friendly. No pressure , good, clear and prompt communication at each stage. The installers , Derek, Glenn and Jordan were very punctual,professional, and faced an unexpected challenge with determination and good humour.

I visited the shop in York on Sat for the first time. The advice that I received from Andy was first class and very reassuring for the roofing repair project that I was about to start. He steered me to the right products and was very patient with my array of questions. Thank you.

Great service from John in York. Described what I was looking to do and got some great advice with both products and how to fit best.

John has just offered me great advice and pointed me in the right direction for replacing some missing facia board. Top service and could not have been friendlier and more helpful.

Was served by Andy today who did not know how to use the till, did not have his glasses on. He was rude about the other members of the team in front of customers. Due to the fact he was slow and did not know how to do a refund he served the other customers leaving me waiting. I left the counter and went into the yard. I was greeted by James who could have not been more helpful and understanding. He turned around a bad experience into a positive experience. The joke was that Andy asked whose pickup was blocking him in, I replied mine but you will have to wait!!!!

As a woman who was sent with instructions from my husband , I have to say.. the guys at the Clifton store in York are blooming marvellous!
First visit to buy slate roof tiles for our porch and James was absolutely brilliant, very friendly and helpful.
Then again for advice on a door letterbox that unfortunately they did have but I didn’t like it 🤦‍♀️

Keeping me as a customer informed, very helpful in updating delivery details

After finding that what I needed at a roofing supplier was out of stock, I went to Eurocell, not expecting success as the item I needed was related to rubber roofing; however the man behind the counter was very helpful and allowed me the time to consider options, so that I was able to identify a plastic product of very similar profile to the item I needed. I was very impressed, as indeed I was the last time I visited the Clifton Moor store. I hope mg local branch on Tyneside is as helpful if/when I visit there.
