Amazing service from the Wickford branch. Special thanks to Mick who went above and beyond to source me a replacement hinge for my 8 year old composite front door. A few days later 'all sorted'. Really can't thank you enough, I was going round in circles before Mick stepped in. Mick and his colleagues deserve a pay rise. Highly recommend Eurocell

Good visability of stock and efficient service
Good visability of stock on the website made ordering the trims easier. The guys at the Wickford branch were very efficient, polite and even double checked the order over the phone prior to collection.

Great service from start to finish
Quote to delivery process was quick and easy. Ordered online, received a phone call within hours confirming stock and delivered within days. Received a phone call an hour before delivery and product arrived as promised. Great to deal with such a professional company.

Shotgate Wickford branch as always spot on for service, Ten minutes after I placed my online order I got a call to say my order will be delivered that afternoon if that was ok, of course it was.
This branch never fail to impress, absolutely top service.

Great overall service
In respect of the Wickford branch i found Lee and Michael to have been most helpful and with a great attitude. Where necessary they went away, made enquiries and got back to me as promised. Goods all delivered in great time and delivered to place requested. If you have any questions about composite materials this would be an excellent starting point.

Great customer service from Mick
Came in on Thursday before the bank holiday and was served by Mick. We originally came in for cladding but I wasn’t in stock but Mick was great at helping us find something else that was suitable and he was really helpful overall.
