Visited the Sutton Coldfield branch. The girl there went out of her way to help me decide on cladding I needed. Her product knowledge was amazing. Excellent customer service

What can I say.. the team at the Minworth branch have been amazing over the last 2 days ( yes I said 2 days) Iv been back and forth not really understanding what I was trying to do, they took the time to listen and understand what I wanted to achieve then showed me and explained best products.. the team effort and customer service is exceptional not only to myself but all other customers that came in while I was there. They all fully deserve the recognition for going above and beyond.

I would like to give a big shout out too Louisa at eurocell Minworth in Sutton Coldfield!! I had a problem with my guttering which needed to be rectified quickly as a roofer had done a very poor job of it. This in turn created severe damp to the inside wall. Louisa took it upon herself to go to great lengths to advise me with ideas through her many contacts on how to resolve this problem. I was very pleased as the idea she came up with was much better than any I had thought of previously. They had everything I required in order to complete the job to a high standard. I will be telling my many friends and family who are doing any home improvement to pop into eurocell Minworth Sutton Coldfield first before going anywhere else.

Went in to find out about front doors and I have to say Louisa the assistant was amazing, so helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

We have ordered a few times now from the Sutton Coldfield branch and Louisa has gone out of her way to help with our orders, friendly and great customer skills, we will be back again

I needed to collect some materials written down by my tradesmen. All the staff went back and beyond to help.Helpful and got the materials into my car.

Popped into Eurocell Minworth, 28th July, kind of knowing what I wanted. I’m not a trades person, just into my DIY. The guy behind the counter was really helpful. He sold me something better than I wanted, some dry verge easy trim. If you’ve never used this shop, they know their product. I’d highly recommend.

Luke at Minworth branch was very helpful and polite, and dealt with my enquiry professionally.

I went into the Minworth store around lunchtime on 3rd December and was served by an extremely helpful and knowledgeable member of staff, I think he said his name was Luke so apologies for forgetting it already.
The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish

10 out of 10 customer service and even got my delivery a day earlier than expected . Will certainly use again and highly recommend
