Eurocell plc - Stafford Recensioni 

Ordered on the 26/2 promised a delivery date within 2 days. As of the 18/3 no delivery date and when i have chased told that Stafford branch will call me to arrange delivery but not heard anything. Order to be cancelled.

I visited the Stafford branch last Monday, with a shopping list of various items. Jake and Lawrence sorted the whole list out for me, meaning I didn't need to call somewhere else. The pair as re a comedy duo, providing excellent service with a smile. I would definitely recommend you visit them for all your UPVC related items.

Excellent customer service from Jake who was very patient and diligent in helping me select the correct sealant for a complicated application. Jake was really knowledgeable and understood my needs perfectly. Nicely presented showroom made purchasing really easy.

I came into Eurocell unsure on my sizes for fascia and soffits, I give Jake the measurements for how much I needed for the job, and he was spot on with everything Really enthusiastic young lad. You have yourself a really good lad at your branch.

Just needed a couple of brackets for guttering, the service i received from Martin was far beyond my expectations, although my order was small nothing seemed too much trouble.

I got to Eurocell at 4:35 and Jake closed up and re opened to serve me because I was in a massive rush. Not many people would do that. Hats off to Jake. What a star.

Despite requesting escape windows once fitted we were inform by building control they did,nt meet regulations our confirmation clearly shows an E on 2 of the windows we ordered we have had no alterative 2 order 2 x new windows from aniother branch and now have an overall cost of 2 new windows and fitting due to branch and there supplier not standing up and admitting there mistake Will not be ordering any more windows or doors from Eurocell !!!

Really can not fault the staff or the products from the Stafford branch, would definitely recommend to other trades and my own customers

Overly pushy Sales team to the point of feeling uncomfortable by making a genuine enquiry turned into a massive upselling experience for UPVC products not being wanted. Will be blocking number from now on.

Martin and the staff are brilliant, the service is ace, I always call here first for anything I need, and always recommend

Andy at the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable, even though the electronic tills were playing up! I will definitely use Eurocell again

Was greeted on the counter by a chap called Andy, Along with another young lad called Martin they both helped me with what I was after and both seemed very knowledgeable. My item's were delivered quickly by a young lad called Lawrence who left everything in a safe place. Will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Went into the small counter area in Stafford, to enquire about some plastic fascia and varying components. The staff were extremely understanding whilst trying their best to answer my questions, they even went as far as to suggest what else they think might need to accompany my little project, along with how long products would roughly take to get delivered. Once I've worked out what I'm after I'll return with my shopping list
