Easy to navigate ordering system, and great delivery service

BUYER BEWARE! As a main contractor we gave Eurocell in Southampton specific details of the thickness of the replacement double glazed panels that we required to replace some older blown out panels in a buy to let property we own. We wrote it all down and went through panel by panel in detail.
The panels we received were oversized in the thickness and wouldn't fit with the beads. We had already paid, we complained and their manager who wasn't interested in replacing the units other than we purchase some more. I will never go back to Eurocell, BUYER BEWARE!

From scrolling through the menu and ordering the product, the process and payment was simple and straightforward. The email, sms and telephone call from the friendly, helpful staff was superb. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will use again.

Eurocell can supply and deliver products to complete your tasks and for a DIYer makes a huge difference when you purchase items over 3m and get them delivered to your doorstep. My last project the salesman provided me with a product that I thought was not available but made the finished project first class. Thank you

Wanted a workshop to use some ‘dead’ space in the garden and replace an old shed. Robin Iles understood exactly what was needed and provided the estimate by the next day. Usefully he was also able to book the build within a few weeks and it was put up over 3 days by the equally excellent Dan and Connor of EWB (who also organised the plastering and electrical work to follow). I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the building and the process. Robin has been great and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eurocell, Robin or EWB. Not the cheapest (or the most expensive btw) but top quality materials and quality workmanship.

Good prices, very helpful staff at branches and at head office. The website is a bit crap. The obscure names for some items make them hard to find as you have to be very specific. Their webpage IT guys seem to be 'time servers' waiting for their pensions, not an uncommon situation.

Made a online order,delivery was quick withing two days very pleased.

I think Eurocell is very good because Youth great service service with a smile have everything you need nothing is too Much for them

Ordered windows, changed colour, accepted and paid for new quote. When they arrived they were double instead of triple glazed as in first quote. Eurocell admits was software spec default reset caused by changing colour but refused a refund because I had signed and accepted quote. Even had the nerve to say double glazing was as good as triple, just like any sales shark would. I did not notice the spec change. Feel sorry for guy who issued quote as he obviously not properly trained in using their software. Eventually sorted by re-glazing after my creditcard clawed the money back. Good units reasonable price
