Delivery. The driver was reluctant to deliver the items to the side of my property, just inside the gate and wanted to just dump it on the garden. I live on a corner and the van could park either side. There was space as my car was not there. He claimed he had a bad back (maybe he should reconsider his career choice then). He did concede in the end after my wife insisted, but it's not what I call customer service. There was no notice of delivery, just randomly turned up. I got all your other emails but nothing else. Plus nowhere to leave delivery instructions.

Clinton from Poole Branch sorted my order out and arranged delivery to my home local to the Poole Branch. He was polite and welcoming with a great sense of humour the second we walked into the Branch. So grateful for his service and now we can get on with our project with the great products supplied through this Company.
I think Eurocell is very good because of local stores, good products and low prices
My order was placed two weeks ago and I have still not had a delivery. Customer service is not great.
This review is of the service not the products, the products are excellent, the service less so. After I placed my order I received an email, stating that I would be contacted in three working days with an ETA for delivery. Seven days passed (five working days) so I dropped Eurocell an email asking for an update, this emails was forwarded to the local depot by the contact centre, asking for them to provide an update. Three days passed, no reply, so I followed the email up again asking for an update. This email did get a reply from the depot and a delivery later the same day. However some of the parts were not what I ordered, I dropped the depot a line to advise them of this fact, no reply, so I decided to drive to the depot myself to collect the right parts… they didn’t have any of the right parts in stock (remember I placed an order which was accepted, so the parts should have been available)… I asked what I was supposed to do, after a short think I was told they could get some from another depot… so I feel if I had just accepted the fact they didn’t have of the right parts in stock no attempt would have been made to correct the mistake. I returned to the depot a few days later to eventually collect the replacement parts (FYI, no apology was offered up for the error and inconvenience caused) Eurocell seem to have good value quality items but lack any sense of customer service skill.

Ordered online for delivery but no contact was made within the 3 days so had to contact them, to which a response from them was for my nearest branch to contact me but f which they didn’t, so I had to contact the Poole branch direct, to which they replied and said it was out for delivery on that day, but no one had contacted me to let me know, poor communication from them.
This company could improve by answering an enquiry. They advertise that they do house cladding. I sent an email in July 2023 to ask details about their service. To date, over 2 months later, I have received no response. Clearly they did not want my business. I later went to another company who responded to me very quickly and have now completed the job.

Steve was friendly and efficient. He checked the availability from other stores for us as well.

I went into the Poole shop today looking for a new door. I've been in there before with my husband but none of the staff knew anything about doors and were quite intimidating towards me. My husband died last year and we didn't get round to getting a new door, the thought of going back in there scared me. I bit the bullet and went in. I was instantly greeted by a man called Paul, he made me feel completely as ease. I hadn't seen him before. He knew everything! The different types of doors, the benefits of composite, I think he called them. He spent over an hour with me and explained everything to me. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I wish there were more men like this in the world. He Is a credit to your shop. Thank you Paul.
I have placed several orders for fascia and soffit plastics, all staff were very pleasant and easy to deal with , one particular chap , ‘ northern Steve was extremely helpful , and had a great attitude , very customer focused , it’s so nice when staff are genuinely helpful and go out of their way to ensure you get what you need. I would recommend this company , all staff but particularly ‘ northern Steve. I will definitely be buying as much from this company as I can .
