Driver was very helpful and friendly and vehicle was correct for the local roads in Cornwall. If only based on delivery rating would have been five star, however, order fulfilment was slow with no update on the system. Even when I mailed there was no response- although delivery did happen the next day. Being kept up to date would have made all okay - communication improvement needed.

I have been looking ages for a garden room and I came across Eurocell So glad I did!! I had the pleasure of meeting Robin who came out to show me exactly what I would be getting for my money and how the process would be and the turn around was unbelievable! I had my garden room delivered and put up within a matter of weeks!! Robin was such a lovely guy not a pushy salesman, he knew my vision straight away! took his time and was very professional, he truly is a great asset to this company, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Robin to help with your garden room experience.
He made the whole process worth while and delivered on everything.
I can’t thank him enough for his continued support throughout the whole process. This was by far the best garden room Iv seen and I’m so happy I went with Robin from Eurocell.

I ordered from Eurocell Plymouth, dealing specifically with Tim. And it was a brilliant experience! Tim was incredibly helpful, talking through all the options with me and what materials I'd need for the job; flexible, making sure I could amend my order, and still have the materials delivered on time; and friendly, which just goes such a long way in customer service. Anyway, the job is now complete and it looks amazing! So so happy with the final result.
