Recently, I purchased the garden house from eurocell
Customer service was amazing
Starting from Matthew the sales executive, the customer team in the office to the installers.
Everyone has been very professional and polite. Installers arrived on time, they confirmed arrangements with me before doing any work. They followed up on remaining orders to ensure everything arrived on time. They completed their work within the agreed time frame and left garden clean and tidy. It was an A* team.

Delivery literally thrown over the gate!
Delivery arrived of some 5 metre finishing strips. Watched as they were chucked over the 6ft gate along with the delivery note before I could get my shoes on to go and help. Rung the store manager who said it would be looked into. No response to date.

Great experienced advice.
Changing a composite door from brass to chrome handle, found one on website but not sure on measurements so called in at local branch Newmarket they checked it out for me and assured me it was correct, so ordered, it came promptly and fitted perfect.
