Products are of the highest quality. Had to return some items and this was arranged at no cost to me (I did have another delivery due). Delivery could be quicker and dates/times of delivery could be better communicated.

Great Product , and speedy delivery

Needed PVC trim as the previous occupier had painted the existing one. Searched the usual suspects amazon and trade depots whilst they had them they were asking silly prices. I did a quick Google search and found Eurocell. They were very pocket friendly. I ordered the product and it was ready to collect the next morning.
Very helpful customer service gave me some sound advice on how best to install them.
Will be definitely using them again Great quality low price win win

We’re fairly new customers to Eurocell but will be using them for all of our plastics and possibly windows etc going forward. Had a few orders from thurmaston, Leicester branch now and have always found them friendly and helpful and a good range of stock.
We have just had an afternoon in the pub courtesy of Martins monthly cash back order day so we’ve got a very happy workforce and great to have a personal direct line to assist with orders.

Having recently purchased a SkyPod from Eurocell, our personal experience with the company was excellent....from design to delivery! Martin Horsley, Manager at the Leicester site was both professional and very helpful. He took time to discuss the product in detail and advised with no 'pushy' sales!
After sales support was fantastic with couple of issues resolved swiftly.

Attended the Leicester branch at Hamilton, as a member of the public this morning, thinking I wouldn't be able to explain what I wanted to complete some boxing in for a bathroom but thankfully "Martin" who dealt with me, took the time to listen and then advised what was best for my problem. I ended up buying exactly what I wanted and he even loaned me his saw so I get the extra long lengths into the car. A fantastic service and very helpful assistance given. Thank you Gareth
