And if you over order it’s a lot easier taking back to the shop you bought it from

Excellent service from Simon in the Kendal branch. Highly recommend using Eurocell rather than the other supplier in Kendal.

Popped into the Kendal branch to get some fascia’s and soffits. Great customer service. The manager Simon and his staff were knowledgeable and professional.

Excellent quality products. (Anthracite grey skirting). Ordered several 5m lengths of the skirting on-line, but called the Kendal, Cumbria, Eurocell branch to discuss delivery times etc, and found the staff to be extremely helpful. Delivery was prompt on the specified date, despite the delivery location being in a fairly difficult location to find and access. The skirting is perfect for the renovation project I am doing, and has resulted in a fantastic end result. The skirting is very easy to cut, and even easier to fit with grab adhesive. It looks great and never needs painting. This is the second house that I've used this skirting in, and will no doubt use it again in the future.

Kendal Branch is my local, and the service is excellent, early Sat visit and Gareth was friendly, polite, informative and delivered a great service. I can check if the store has the products I want in stock, before visiting, and it has a great range of goods for DiY and general house and garden

The items I ordered said they were in stock, I waited for a few days amd had no communication or notification about delivery, so I called the branch, who firstly said I didn't have am order wirh them, then I gave them the item codes of what I ordered, amd they then said oh yes, they aren't in stock until next week, so I had no indication that they weren't jn stock as the website said they were, amd then no courtesy call to say they would be delayed. I'm not one ro moan usually but not very good customer service unfortunatley

Order late evening and delivered to the H/A by lunchtime. Didn't even opt for delivery. First Class service would use again

I just wanted to post that Craig at the Kendal store was super helpful and went the extra mile to help me locate a piece of UPVC sheeting that was exactly what I needed

Absolutely brilliant. I ordered some 5m long capping boards and could not quite fit them in my van. The bloke working there, apart from being very friendly, offered to drop them off the next day for me for free. Saved me cutting them ends off boards that were the exact length for what I needed. Will without doubt use these guys again.
