Took an age to deliver 50 colour coded screws. Missed several delivery dates and only turned up when I said I wasn’t prepared to wait any longer

I needed 2 windows and I was told I…
I needed 2 windows and I was told I would receive 10% off if I made the purchase on the first Wednesday of the month... I made the purchase as instructed and was then told at a later date (4weeks later) that I was only entitled to 5% back... I wasn't even told about free delivery on orders over £50 so in my opinion, they just want your money... I'll be getting my trims and fascia boards from the plastic center as they have a much better service and prices are better also... Never again will they get my money!!!
