The ordering process was very straightforward and the free delivery swung the decision to purchase.
Shortly after purchase we were contacted by the local branch and advised delivery to them would be the following Monday, when they would call to arrange delivery to us.

Products where great however very poor communications. Ordered online, had confirmation of order and that was it, no email or call to arrange delivery so phoned on the Friday to check and was told they were waiting for some of the order to be delivered, Said it would be in Monday and be delivered Tuesday, OK no problem. Didn't hear anything by end of the day Tuesday so was going to call again Wednesday but busy in work in the Morning, then had a call from my son (Who luckily was at home that day) to say there was a delivery, had no call no email they just turned up. Not sure what would have happened if there was nobody at home.

Avoid at all costs !! Ordered a black door and frame . Arrived 3 weeks late my fitter had left by then ... hassle . When it arrived it was a brown door sprayed black, not happy at all as was not informed this was the procedure . I contacted euro cell and there reply was they do that with most doors it will be fine ! Not even 6 months later brown chips showing through and a patch of brown appeared on frame . Contacted them immediately they said oh that shouldn't happen we'll sort it straight away ! 2 weeks later there reply was ... oh the chips are caused my the heavy traffic coming in and out ... front door of course there will be a lot of use ... and they also are saying I've stuck something on my door , which I haven't! Also shouldnt i be allowed to stick things to my door ! There answer was, it's not our fault but well send a can of spray paint to touch it up apart from that it's on you ..... A CAN OF SPRAY PAINT!!!

I ordered fascia and soffit board accessories with delivery carried out by Eurocell. First there was a delay in delivery, then when it did arrive the driver insisted my wife sign for the delivery before he unloaded the van (shown on my doorbell camera). In hindsight we should have insisted on goods being unloaded and checked before signing, but hey we trusted all would be delivered. Turns out some items were wrong size and wrong qty. and others weren’t delivered (also fascia and soffit boards were scratched). Eurocell stated everything had been delivered because they have a signed delivery slip. We now have wrong parts and parts missing that Eurocell will not replace or deliver. Lesson learnt from us, do not sign until all items have been checked and Eurocell can’t be trusted to deliver the items ordered.

Robin Iles is an absolute credit to Eurocell, he is authentic and genuine and his product knowledge is incredible, he knew exactly what we wanted and needed and we are absolutely delighted with our new garden room. Even after we had ordered and through the installation, Robin was responsive to any questions we had. The installation team Dan and Brandon were also excellent. Highly recommend, we are delighted. Thank you.

I think Eurocell is very good because great pricing. Top quality products and Fast Friendly Delivery. I have used them on many occasions and wouldn't go anywhere else

Would have preferred to give zero….the one star is for the quick refund. Visited the site to pick cladding.
Order cladding 2 weeks ago, was told it would be delivered by weekend. Surprise it didn’t arrive. Followed up with a phone call to them and was told that it was out of stock. They then phoned us later in day to say it was back in stock and they would reorder the items but because it was bank holiday weekend it would not be delivered until Wednesday. {OK). That day arrives their order has arrived but they have not unpacked it yet……phone call later in afternoon to say our items were not in the order (again). We decided to cancel our order and use another company. Refund was given and in back the day after. Our goods from the other company have arrived and delivered to our house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I think Eurocell is good because they had all the products I needed to complete my project,at a great price,with free delivery, and was quickly refunded for a product I ordered by mistake

Made an order on the 17th April 2025. I have yet to receive a date for delivery of the order.

Have sent email through to eurocell. Awaiting response. No response received but suddenly the delivery arrived, no warning, no email, no call. No nothing. Blimey! 3 star as a result.

Cannot fault the process of our garden room from planning to installers. Robin lles came to our home and was very friendly and helpful. He suggested ways to save money in design and showed us many pictures so we could choose the perfect room for us. He was very good at his role and did not push anything on us that we did not want. We did not feel as though we had to purchase there and then. Excellent customer service!

The delivery was awkward as our entrance was very tight. The delivery guys were great! They said it was a challenge but they managed to get everything in and did not complain. Very friendly and helpful the both of them.

The installers were also excellent. They were so polite and accommodating. Never complained and did an amazing job. Everything was to a high standard and they were so polite!

Cannot complain about a single thing! Would definitely recommend and contact again if I need anything further.

I think Eurocell is very good because it has a wide range of products that are very competitively priced. Staff are helpful, polite and have very good product knowledge.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at the branch in Cardiff. I spent the whole morning trying to set up a trade account, but it required direct contact with the store. When I called, the employee who answered said that the manager was busy and would call me back to assist with the account setup. Unfortunately, I never received a call.

Luckily, I got help from the Newport branch, where a very kind lady set up my account, and I received my account number via email. However, I still couldn’t place an order because the password, which was supposed to arrive in a separate email, never came.

I then decided to call Cardiff directly, provide my account number, and place an order. The person who answered—probably the manager—told me to send the order via email because he was busy... really? I needed to buy materials and have them delivered by the end of the week, but he simply said they were fully booked and couldn’t make the delivery. That part is understandable. However, at the very least, he should have accepted the order instead of ignoring a potential customer.

I wasted my time trying to buy from them, and now I’m not even sure if I’ll be able to complete my project on time for my client. Very poor service!

I think Eurocell is very good because their prices are very reasonable, and the staff are very helpful.

I placed my order online within working hours. Over a 3 week has now passed, and I am still waithing for my order. I been told by the manager of the branch that Friday will be delivered. Each week I called them and said will be arrinving on Friday. I took a day off from work on Friday and they didn't show up with my delivery. They find a reason for their incapability each time that they don't know what happened, that they do not have my order in stock. I am writing this review for others to read and think twice when place an order online. I strongly advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY is a scam. Now I am struggling to get a refund money.

This company was very helpful from the beginning in the order stage until the delivery stage. Will definitely be using them again.

Great service from start to finish. Robin did an excellent job at talking us through the options and guiding us on the right size for what we wanted. Delivery guys were quick and efficient and fitters; Charlie and Jez, worked extremely hard over 2 days to get the room built. They were efficient, tidy and kept me up to date through out.
