Just had a delivery of fence panels to my home. Adam could not have been more helpful and dealt with difficult traffic and parking conditions with a smile. Delivered to my choice of location in my back garden. Good communication throughout order process with phone updates on stock availability and to arrange convenient delivery time. Happy with the product too! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

After ordering my items online on the Friday, for delivery, I received a call shortly after to say that they would be able to deliver them on the Monday.

I also received a call to advise that they would be delivering within the next 30 minutes. True to their word Adam arrived (Burton on Trent) he was very friendly and also helped me to carry all the items to the rear of the house.

Highly recommend and will be ordering more panels to complete the fencing in the rear garden.

The staff in store were very helpful & knowledgeable. We went home to measure what we needed, ordered & payed over the phone & they delivered within half an hour of ordering.
Upon checking the product we noticed some damage. The delivery driver took it right back with no fuss & replaced it straight away. All in all a very quick & satisfying experience. Would definitely use them again.

This morning I bought some uPVC quadrants online and within half an hour my phone rang telling me that my order was ready for pickup. This was so much better than just receiving an email which I would otherwise opened after the store closed at midday. The member of staff was helpful and welcoming. I left the store with a smile thinking that I must measure up my fencing as I am now aware of the range of products that are available. Needless to say I wouldn’t have been there in the first place if their prices were not competitive….. Thanks for your help 👍

I use eurocell a lot and the Burton branch really stands out with excellent customer service from T & Mark and Adam.

Probably of the best Eurocell branch I have visited. All stocked up and the staff always go above and beyond to cater for me when I visit.

Highly recommend for all builders and diy’rs when it comes to buying plastics, gutterings, windows and doors.
