Eurocell have been excellent throughout, from my initial enquiries to the final build. The sale advisor, Robin was so very helpful when it came to the design and purchase of my garden room. He was professional, polite and kept in contact to see the whole process went smoothly. I cant thank him enough. The installation was carried out very quickly and trouble free. The installation team Mike and Josh were very professional, polite and very helpful. They talked me through the build process completing the build to an excellent standard and finish. They are all a credit to Eurocell and I have no hesitation recommending them.

We got an online quote and then had the pleasure of meeting Robin Iles from Bristol who came to our home to discuss our needs. His knowledge of the product and services that Eurocell provide was extensive and allowed us to create a garden studio that worked for us. Robin is a very personable man who focused on our requirements and budget. A very positive experience which has led to us being very happy with our studio.

I think Eurocell are very good because they provide an excellent service. I love my garden pod. My overall experience was amazing from start to finish. I highly recommend eurocell to all my family and friends without any hesitation and a big shout out to Robin who was brilliant in selling us the garden pod. Thankyou so much.

We’ve had a great experience with Eurocell from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, and every person we dealt with made the process smooth and stress-free.

Robin, our salesman, was honest, authentic, and incredibly helpful in designing our garden room. Michelle kept everything organised on the admin side, answering questions promptly and handling payments with ease. Kerrie, our customer account manager, was friendly and efficient, coordinating delivery dates and getting us booked in as quickly as possible.

A huge thank you as well to Matt and his installation team, who worked tirelessly in cold, wet weather to build our garden room to a fantastic standard in under two days.

We know there are many people behind the scenes who also played a part, and we truly appreciate everyone involved. Eurocell has exceeded our expectations, and we’re thrilled with the final result.

Process from start to finish was so quick/simple and beyond what I had hoped for. Robin was always on hand to deal with any queries. The build team run by Brian were prompt, efficient, polite, tidy and happy to deal with any queries. The rooms are great, a lovely product, well put together. Overall experience couldn't have actually been any better.

From the very beginning, Robin’s creativity and eye for design stood out – his suggestion for the dual-aspect sliding doors has completely transformed the space, making it feel light, open, and connected to the garden.

The build itself was impressively quick and efficient - Dan and team did a great job.

The materials are good quality, the finish is excellent, and the insulation makes the room feel solid and comfortable.

Robin Iles was professional, approachable, and always happy to answer questions, which made the whole process a lot less stressful.

Easy to order by phone, delivered within 24hrs and competitive pricing on the rubber roofing I needed.

Required product was in stock. Friendly staff and although I had to call up confirm my order was ready (computer hadn’t messaged me to confirm!), the order was indeed ready.

Sales representative Robin is excellent. Product seems very good too. Easy to interact with and not pushy.

I had been putting off the "Garden Room project" for years - but after one email enquiring about feasibility and a home visit from Robin Illes, who moved heaven and earth to seal the perfect deal - I could not be more pleased with the result!

Also big shout out to the build team at C S Lewis Construction, Josh and Rueben were absolute stars, professional, courteous, and hard working - they have done an awesome job. Could not recommend enough!

An excellent, professional installation. From the initial site visit to the completion of our 3.75m x 5.6m garden room, the Eurocell team took just 14 working days. The product is of high quality, with well-guided configuration provided by knowledgeable and accessible sales staff, and installed by skilled, conscientious tradespeople. A very positive experience overall.

We’re very pleased with our new garden room, and the process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Robin Iles was extremely helpful throughout, offering clear guidance and support during the initial consultation and beyond. His knowledge and attention to detail really stood out.

A big thanks as well to Luke and Tom, who handled the build. Their workmanship was excellent, and they made sure everything was finished to a high standard. They also left the site neat and tidy, which we really appreciated.
