If only everyone was so helpful
So I couldn't find what I needed on your website, so I called your Ashton Branch and spoke to the most amazingly helpful young lady. She told me the options of the sizes of the colour of architrave I was looking for, searched the stock and as I don't have an account I couldn't reserve and pay for it. However, the young lady gave me the product code and description I would see to order and pay on line. She then went to explain she would sort the order out tomorrow morning and it would be ready for me when I receive the notification. She was cheerful, helpful amd very clear with the information given. Tongue in cheek, but she does deserve a pay rise - if only everyone was so helpful.

Sally went above and beyond in every possible way,her dedication, energy, and generosity were truly something special. She didn’t just help; she invested herself in the success of this project. Her insight, patience, and positivity made a world of difference. Honestly, she’s a gem,someone who truly shines both professionally and personally. I feel incredibly lucky to have had her by my side.
And when Sally wasn’t available, Paul stepped in without hesitation. His calm presence and steady support made sure nothing skipped a beat. I’m so grateful for his help and reliability throughout the process.
