11 days elapsed between when I placed the order and shipment. After 6 days I asked about the delay and was told it would ship "today or tomorrow". Obviously it didn't.
Euroboatparts is a US company shipping from US this means import TaX not mentioned.

We are sad if you had a bad experience with us. We mention everywhere in our shipping policy, home page, any page that we are shipping from the USA. Additional taxes may be charged at the entrance in your country from a certain value, but most of our products are shipped with the Delivery Duty Paid incoterm. If this was not clear enough, that means that we need to improve our communication about it on the website, and we will.
