I have waited in total between 20th August 2025 untill still the current date and have not received my money back from them for an order which was never completed/delivered and correctly cancelled. Absolute terrible service. I would AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Excellent follow-up for the order. Item well packed, quickly sent, and in top condition.

Ordered items that they couldn't deliver. They cancelled on June 18th and I was supposed to get my money back after 14 days. Now it's August 8th and I still haven't received my money back.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Scamming pieces of shit. Waited a month and they cancelled my order, now waiting for a refund but I guess I won't be seeing it. Do not buy!!!

Desde o dia 04/01/2024, que fiz e paguei a encomenda SOW24/495 na EUROBIKES, 4 litros óleo Motul 10w40 e filtro óleo no valor de 51,67€, até ao dia de hoje 04/06/2024, e após enumeras tentativas para a devolução do meu dinheiro, ainda não o recebi!
Assim deixo novamente o meu desagrado publicamente, para que futuros consumidores na EUROBIKES, tomem cuidado para não serem burlados como eu fui e outros consumidores!
A resposta a esta opinião vai ser igual às outras que já publiquei como irão ver...
Também fui eliminado da conta Facebook da EUROBIKES, para não os poder contactar e reclamar!

Order no SOW24/8197 my order is cancled now with 2 months and still no refund. Come on eurobikes.uk get it sorted or I will have to take legal action. No emails no one to answer a phone call. This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. If I could give a 0 star rating I would

6 weeks I'm waiting for 350€ refund after I waited for months for my delivery in the firs place. Made countless calls, emails and contact attempts without any response from them. They made changes and erased payment history on that order on my account. Scammers. Its sickening.
I'm not the only one so please don't order anything from them.
