They have a good site and good bonuses they just don't pay out. Did get one small payout a year or so ago but recently I have outstanding withdrawals dating back weeks. Unfortunately it looks like these guys can't or won't payout.

I have made several deposits with this website with only 1 $500 withdrawal in over a year playing.. On August 16th 2024 I won $1,000 while playing. I submitted a payout request on that day. It is now almost 2 months later and I still have not received my payout. The payout is still in "requested" status. Every time I reach out to chat I either get ignored or I get told "technical issues you'll get it soon," "I have to talk to my manager," "the finance team is processing it" or "you'll get it soon." Nothing has changed in 2 months and they still continue to advertise "instant withdrawals on bitcoin."

When you're gambling online, it's hard to know who to trust. I rate a casinos stability and integrity on their withdrawal process. I was already happy above and beyond expectations with their customer service and the game selection. This was during my first withdrawal of only $200, after spending over $1500. I was told that if I wrote a 5 star review, he could get my money deposited into my bitcoin wallet in under 10 minutes, and also if I did that and wanted to make an additional deposit, that I’d receive a promotion that I couldn’t refuse and was only available to me, and that he was moving my account to “VIP” status because of how much money I had spent in such a short time…. Come to find out, they don’t have a VIP program, nor do they have any rules or regulations about the casino like all the other legit ones.
