Staff are not clear with their charges and never come back to you with questions you have, I had to come into the Bedford store twice to chase an answer to a simple question. When I questioned why I was not signposted to the fitters charge they completely denied it. Will never return or recommend this company.
Absolutely blown away by the service i have been provided by Euro Flooring in Bedford.
Charmaine is quite a character, friendly, efficient and super supportive, not to mention she hands down beat the quote I had from Tapi carpets, for the exact same products!
I needed a whole house carpeted and laminated ASAP and within 2 days Jagir turned up and made my house beautiful. Nothing was to much for these guys, im so grateful for how accommodating they were. The whole experience was so much more personal than using your typical franchise. I would recommend this company to all.

I visited Euro Flooring Bedford today shortly before 2:30 PM, expecting the store to be open based on their website, which states their operating hours as Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday to Sunday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additionally, they even have a banner on the building that says open 7 days. However, I found the store closed. This inconsistency between advertised hours and actual operation is highly inconvenient and unprofessional. Accurate and reliable operating hours are crucial for customer trust and satisfaction. I hope Euro Flooring Bedford addresses this issue promptly to prevent further customer disappointment.
