⚠️ EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE — BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE PURCHASING ⚠️
I purchased two boxes from Euresells.com: one containing 3 Ralph Lauren sweaters and another containing 6 Ralph Lauren T-shirts. I made the payment believing that I was purchasing the actual products and that they would be delivered to my home, as described in the offer.
After making the payment, however, instead of receiving the products I purchased, I was simply given a link to the suppliers. I did NOT purchase a list of suppliers, a supplier link, or an intermediary service — I purchased actual products.
I therefore requested a refund, but my refund request was NOT accepted.
I find this experience extremely serious and disappointing, and I want a clear explanation: what exactly is being sold on this website? Are the products advertised actually purchased and delivered to customers, or is the customer simply paying for access to supplier information?
Since my refund has been refused, if this matter is not resolved, I will report the situation to the relevant authorities and consider taking all appropriate legal steps to protect my rights and recover the money I paid.
I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this website to be extremely careful and to verify exactly what they will actually receive after making a payment.
As far as I am concerned, this has been an extremely negative experience and, at this point, I do NOT recommend this website.
