Eureka is a really easy to use website…
Eureka is a really easy to use website and they seem to have just about everything for your medical needs. My order was delivered within a couple of days and was a quality that you expect. The wound dressings were top quality and adhesive enough to stay on until you take them off yourself. All around excellent and I'd definitely recommend using the site 👍

Order was sent back to yourselves by the Delivery Service. It then took numerous phone calls to you before we got the order which was 6 weeks late.
Since writing this review, Eureka have responded promptly and offered a solution to our problem which we have accepted.

Thank you for this review, Karen. We are very sorry to hear that you had a difficult time with the delivery. This is unacceptable, and we never want our customers to encounter this issue.
The order was returned to us by DPD on 2/07/2025, 08/07/2025, and 30/07/2025 due to several reasons, including the item being damaged or relabelled in transit and the delivery being refused without attempt. Unfortunately, there was also a delay and miscommunication between the warehouse and our sales team when the products arrived back with us, so this also caused longer delays, and again, we apologise for this.
Overall, we understand your frustration with this and take responsibility for some of the delays caused. For this reason, we will be offering you a 20% refund of your order for the inconvenience caused.
We hope this goes some of the way towards amending your concerns.

I ordered what I thought was adhesive…
I ordered what I thought was adhesive dressings but when they arrived I discovered that they were justthe pad itself with nothing to stick and hold them in place so were useless to me. Now notice they say adherent and not adhesive!

Thank you for this review, Lorna. I've passed your complaint back to our sales team, who have been in contact with you today to try and rectify the issue.
I'm afraid we do not offer swaps or exchanges, but what we can do is arrange a return/refund for the adherent dressings, to then place an order for some adhesive dressings.
However, if the adherent dressings have been opened, you will be unable to return them. Therefore, we will be more than happy to apply a 5% discount if you were to place an additional order for the adhesive dressings.
We hope you find these resolutions satisfactory, and if so, we would greatly appreciate it if you could amend the Trustpilot rating.

Painful Ordering Process.
All other companies that I deal with for ordering are able to compile a quote and recommend products based on our needs. The most recent order was a painful process that I do not wish to repeat any time soon.

Excellent service. Ellie doubled checked the order to confirm before dispatching as it was a large order. I really appreciated this as I had over ordered a item and Ellie was able to amend and resend new invoice in a matter of minutes. Great service and all delivered within 24/48 hours of ordering.
