I canceled my order nearly the same day because they said they had to order the wheel and it would take 4-6 weeks. They are now charging me a fee of 15% for canceling my order for a wheel they did not have in stock.

They send used and broken parts under warranty!! They sent me a defective battery, which could have been very dangerous. A friend also used their warranty and EUCO waited 3 months (complete radio silence) so that his warranty would expire. They then sent him a broken motor, and since his warranty had just expired, he's now left with a broken motor and can do nothing about it. Do not give these guys business, they are dishonest, slow, and dangerous. It's really a shame.
I never wanted to leave this review but first my charging board burned up and melted. They were quick to replace it. Later 1 of the 4 battery's in my T4 doesn't hold a charge and drains faster. Dozens of emails 2 videos and some pictures to show I have functional voltage tool and confirm there battery has incorrect voltages....4 months later they're still looking into it with begode. I've owned other PEVs and I understand stuff can come faulty but euco and begode don't take responsibility in there products.Batteries don't just mess up like that, it was bad to begin with or the faulty charging board messed it up. They don't care about their customers and ignore them. 4months and going on still no help Id never buy there products again and il always tell people to stay away from these two companies after this experience.

Awesome customer service! I'm from a small country in Europe and was worried about something concerning the new EUC I bought from a French seller. I had a pressing question that needed looking into, to which only EUCO.us ever so kindly responded, finding and offering the information I needed.
