I just got this email after playing Diablo 4 for around 7 hours. I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't cheat. I never played online with other players????? All I did was play the game and I got blocked???? I don't know if someone hacked my account. I'm really angry and I feel violated. I can't talk to anyone from Blizzard. Sony won't refund the game. I have no idea why this happened. My advice is never, ever by a Blizzard game ever. These guys are absolutely dodgy....

Fraco atendimento de suporte, não conseguem resolver problemas simples. Fornecido informação detalhada da conta e mesmo assim não resolvem o assunto. Recuperação por SMS não funciona como devia, muitos pontos a resolver em relação ao Suporte. Não recomendo de todo a Blizzard

Scam if you buy a game you have to create a blizzard account give them all your personal details including phone number & payment details, then you have to download an app to authenticate something, ridiculous especially for a trial, just glad it was just a trial, I was never able to even get into the game even after all that 😂
Unprofessional Company.
Someone maliciously reported me, my account was SILENCED. After 3 days of not being able to chat, join a group, join a raid, or do anything I was able to find an appeal function. I appealed my "penalty" and it took 6 hours, only for some GM to send me a generic message containing links of an EULA and UA. I requested proof of any infraction, and also pointed out that being silenced is only restricted to chat and mail functions and shouldn't affect in-game play (it even stipulates this in a link i was sent by them) However, in game i cant do anything except stand around in a capital city waiting for some GM to answer my ticket. The resutlt was that they upheld the penalty, without providing anything, and now i am waiting 1.5 days so far in responding to that decision. They will literally penalise you, not tell you why and then ghost you. What an ass-hole company.
bug report meet with auto response
if i could give blizzard a 0 star i would, i had a bugged in their own game (diablo 4) that i went to bug report so we could fix it. instead i had to weasel my way into a ticket in a wrong section due to all other options leading me to the community forum where no tech support lives and got a auto reply that gave me 3 links that are all put out of service, so basicly a middle finger to the problem their own game has. with all honest and fairness i understand why blizzardd is no longer a titan amogs gaming companies and i understand why they are bleedding players to all at blizz quit your job and do something productive with your life and to blizzard leaders and management i hope the company falls and breaks no honor or love anymore.
Overwatch is a cesspool
Overwatch is a cesspool. Like most PvP games it's overrun by cheaters barely hiding it and if you say anything about it the near-fraudulent reporting and ban system will be weaponized against you. It's a matter of time until a conscientious player gets banned and loses any purchases. Don't give them a thing. Look up their history.

On there site you get a loop or referral to amazon or apple.
Years before I contacted them because i got a new phone and forgot about my authenticator.
Took them about ten years to remove it.

By far the worst customer experience I've ever had. They are cold, callous and just copy and paste from their terms of service. It's tragic, because there was a time long ago they had amazing customer service with people that actually would listen and help you. Now they don't care about you unless you're a streamer, because they'd lose PR. It honestly makes me sick. I despise Blizzard now, with every fibre of my being. They are truly the worst. I've been a loyal customer for 20 years and, and now I will never give Blizzard my money ever again. Sickening.
Black ops 6 crashing
I buy cod Black ops 6, I play for a bit and then it starts crashing almost every game. I asked for a refund since I can't play and they just said no. I'm not the only person with the crashing issue.

Der Kundenservice ist nach wie vor immer noch katastrophal.
Ich habe 2 Wochen warten müssen, trotz mehrfachen Kontaktierens des Supports, bis man einen Mangel an der Sammelfigur feststellen konnte, dessen Überprüfung auf den eingeschickten Fotos rund 2 Minuten dauert.
Dann erhielt ich endlich eine Antwort, ich sollte Angaben für ein Versandlabel übermitteln. Ist passiert, ich warte auf eine Antwort bzw. ein Label aber jetzt auch schon bald 2 Wochen.
Im Supportchat betont man immer, dass man sich an alle Regeln halten müsse etc. Mit dem Verbraucherschutz war ich auch schon mehrfach in Kontakt. Die können nichts machen, auch weil der Shop eben in Spanien ist und man sich dort scheinbar nicht an deutsche Gesetze halten muss.
Es handelt sich um die Collectors Edition zu The War Within, die mich mit 37 Euro Versand 237 Euro gekostet hat. Dass die Figur nicht einwandfrei ist, ist übel.
Zurücksenden werde ich sie allerdings wohl nicht, weil die Expansion jetzt die Woche startet und ich einen Early Access erworben habe.
Sende ich sie zurück, wird die Versandzeit wohl 2 Wochen dauern, die Begutachtung wohl auch mindestens 2 Wochen und ne erneute Zusendung bestimmt auch 2 Wochen. Dann könnte ich in mindestens 1,5 Monaten spielen und hätte auch keine Garantie, dass die neu Figur einen einwandfreien Zustand hat. Das ist dem Support aber egal, sie haben da ihre Regeln.
Die Sendung war in 2 Teile aufgeteilt. Ein Teil die Figur, der andere Teil die Collectors Eiditon, mit Spielecode.
Man könnte jetzt meinen, dass man ja nur die Figur zurücksenden und die CE behalten sowie den Code aktivieren könnte.
Der Support sagt aber, wenn ich den Code aktiviere, nehmen sie die Figur nicht mehr zurück. Laut deutschem Gesetz müssten sie das eigentlich, weil sie in 2 Jahren gewährleisten müssen, dass ihr verkaufter Artikel auch einwandfrei ist.
Es ist alles ein Wahnsinn. Alleine wie lange dieser "Support" braucht. Und wie beschissen man als zahlender Kunde behandelt wird.
Ich habe auch den Europäischen Verbraucherschutz eingeschaltet, aber der braucht auch mindestens 20 Tage und wird wohl auch nur vermitteln können, wird auf den Goodwill des Shops angewiesen sein.
Wäre nicht diese Figur dabei gewesen, die in echt nicht mal soooo der Knaller ist, hätte ich das teure Ding auch nicht gekauft.
Der Shop ist auf jeden Fall eine Katastrophe. Dass Blizzard da nichts unternimmt, zeigt, wie sehr Blizzard auch seit Jahren auf seine Kund:innen scheißt.

Nicht Nachvollziehbare Versandkosten. Lieferung teilweise in unangemessener Verpackung wie billigen Plastiktüten. Beim Kauf von spielen werden Keys geliefert anstatt die Spiele einfach im Blizzard Account freizuschalten. Man merkt, dass der Shop durch Partner und nicht Blizzard selbst verwaltet wird. Man kann nur hoffen das Blizzard den Partner wechselt oder endlich nen eigenen Shop auf die reihe bekommt. Microsoft kennt sich mit guten Shops aus hab ich gehört werter Herr Blizzard!

Niemals im BLIZZARD GEAR SHOP kaufe, sehr schlechte Kundenbehandlung und nach der Kaufabwicklung dauert es eine ewigkeit bis etwas passiert und das selbst bei nicht personalisierten Gegenständen. Ach und stornieren kann man auch nicht mehr, Umweltbewusstsein ist damit auch nicht vorhanden einfach nur abzocke und eine Frechheit.

I've been playing World of Warcraft for many year's and talking with other people we came across a topic of how bad the costumer service had become.
This is exactly why i'm here.
I returned to World of Warcraft as many times before and i meet one issue after another, i tried to remove addons and back and forth an endless battle of problems due to the new expansion.
I've put up a ticket each time not only is it hard to find correct place to place problems, and in general hard to navigate.
But the waiting time? oh boii if your stuck on something you can just logout and kiss the new few days away cause tickets wait time is about 3-5 days.
That's just not acceptable when pay for a service "Gametime"
I've barely played, i did spend a little time helping out people while i waited for my own issues to be resolved.
I asked for a refound after certain amount of problems and then the support drag out the case a bit and then tell me well after 14 days its not possible...
If you ever think of buying a blizzard product? well just don't, stop feeding this company
