I ordered a necklace for my granddaughter 9 days ago and paid $6 for shipping. I was told the package would arrive on 12/23. Now, they say 12/24. That means I will not have the necklace in time to give it to my granddaughter and I will have to pay more to mail it to her. I can order from Amazon and have delivery on 99% of merchandise in 3-4 days. I would not recommend this company if you can find what you are looking for ANYWHERE else. It should not take 10 days to receive any item ordered.

Ordering process was very smooth. USPS was not updating the tracking information and the necklace was late by 5 days, however, when I reached out to Ettika I received a quick response and my information was quickly updated by USPS, and at that point, my necklace was delivered quickly and as told by Ettika customer service. 5 stars for quick response and resolve of shipping/ tracking issue. In total I ordered the Serpentina choker on 12/2/25, received necklace 12/18/25 after contacting customer service for assistance. Quality of actual necklace seems legitimate, beautifully packaged and true to description.

I absolutely LOVE all the jewelry they make. It’s so well made and looks so expensive. I get so many compliments when I wear it. I love to wear a ton of gold jewelry at once so Ettika makes that easy with all their great layering pieces plus everything seems to go together so seamlessly. The customer service is amazing too. My only complaint would be the cost to ship to Canada. At one point it was $14.95 usd. Now it’s $25-$35 usd. That’s like $55 Canadian just for shipping. I wish there was a way to bring it down. Especially for people who buy a ton of jewelry. That’s my only complaint though. Everything else is absolutely fantastic!! Thanks ettika.

Great jewelry, the items I ordered look just like the images online. They have images of each style on a person as well which was helpful while shopping. Seamless transaction and fast delivery. I will be shopping here again.

If you purchase this jewelry I would only purchase it directly from a store but definitely not online. I first saw Ettika on a Deals & Steals segment on GMS. I placed my order and everything was fine. Some time later I decided to place another order directly from them and it was a nightmare. I place two different orders the same day. One of them was cancelled with no explanation whatsoever. I had to contact them to ask why. They said because the merchandise was not in stock. I ordered three items - I went back and checked their site and one of the items was still in stock and the other two were in stock at a later date. Most companies would ask you if a backorder was acceptable or at least ship the one items they had in stock but they didn't. Canceled with no explanation. Probably because it was on sale and they just didn't want to honor the sale. The second order I placed that same day I used After Pay where you make monthly payments. I was about to be billed for my second installment and still had not received my order. I contacted them (email - no phone number) and they blamed it slow mail delivery due to Covid. This was a month or more after the Christmas rush but I waited anyway. When my third payment was due I received an email asking me to rate my purchase - that I never got. I left a scathing review and then they reached out to me and quickly sent me another order. I opted out of their emails but they still keep sending them. Now my daughter has made a purchase from them against my advice. She placed the order in earlier April and received a message the order had been shipped on April 6th. The only problem is they only created a shipping label on the 6th and have yet to ship the actual items according to the tracking information. It is now the 25th. I have ordered a lot from China and they are much quicker and efficient.

I really liked the look and quality of the two earrings I purchased, but one of them was much bigger than I expected and I started the return process. I think they make it so difficult so you can’t return anything. I contacted them via phone and email no less than 5 times and I thought I was being punked, because every response was always the same....start the return process on our website. And, every contact I made said that I had already done that and was waiting for their next email as stated in their return policy. Very frustrating!

Just don't waste your time.
