I recently bought an electric bike from eTrailz, the bike was poor quality and pedal arm fell off after three days of use and almost caused an accident on the road. I tried fitting it back again but it completely came loose so I had to use a hammer to fit it back to use everyday. The motor also stopped working after 10 days, so the bike became totally unusable. The salesman at Etrailz promised a 1 year warranty for this bike. I tried sending emails and messages on WhatsApp to solve this problem and I also tried to call the office. No one replied to anything or picked up the call. I advise other customers to beware of the products this company sells before you want to buy anything from this company.
