Poor quality control
Poor quality control. Replacement coffee table just arrived. For the second time, the table is damaged. Does someone not inspect these items before they are shipped? QC is terrible.

Disappointed would not recommend or buy again
Spent a significant amount of money on a table and 6 chairs, the table is damaged in the middle but Ethnicraft don't seem bothered, no offers to replace, no communications, no urgency and it seems I am just stuck with an expensive damaged brand new table.

Une marque à eviter
En lisant les avis je me rends compte que mon histoire ressemble à d’autres. Une table de 240x100 cm emballée dans un simple carton avec une mousse de 5mm comme seule protection sur les bords. La table est arrivée à mon domicile avec un impact plus que sérieux. Le carton ayant été filmé lors de l’envoi… cet impact n’a pas été décelé à réception mais lors du déballage. Nous avons donc décidé de faire réparer la table par un menuisier et avons demandé un geste commercial eu égard à la piètre protection pour un tel objet. Fin de non recevoir… Une marque que je ne recommande pas pour son SAV et son attitude.

Table échangée (cause : éclat sur le plateau), et nouvelle table arrivée avec éclat également, qualité de fabrication douteuse, présence de petites fentes et trous comblés par de la pate à bois (plus claire et par conséquent visible)

Nice design, bad quality, bad service
Nice design, bad quality, bad service. Bought TV furnirure few months ago. Doors not working properly (two doors don’t open en close properly, one front not standing straight), reported but no solution yet.

Impressive quality
I bought a sideboard and console table in black oak and was very pleased with the quality. So much so that I plan on buying more from this company for my living room. Tip: I bought acrylic mats to protect the surface and I recommend this to anyone buying wood furniture.
