Affordable, great features and no pressure sales
Initially, the price is what made us try Etech Mobility. After researching and visiting different shops, we discovered Etech Mobility products were significantly cheaper.
However, even the entry models have significantly better design. They fold, easy charge options, batteries could be easily removed, handles move out of the way, full remote control and larger wheels which allow riding or grass or gravel.
We visited the shop in Glasgow and were given one hour appointment. Mo spent the whole hour explaining and letting us explore and test the products with no sales pressure.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review.
We're delighted that our competitive pricing initially brought you to Etech Mobility, but even more pleased that the design, features and overall quality of our electric wheelchairs stood out after you had researched and visited other mobility retailers.
It's fantastic to hear that your visit to our Glasgow showroom helped you make your decision. We want customers to have the time to properly explore the different options, understand how the features work, and test the chairs without any pressure to purchase, so it's great to know Mo dedicated the full appointment to helping you do exactly that.
We'll be sure to pass your kind feedback on to Mo. Thank you again for choosing Etech Mobility and your Freedom Pro AF. We truly appreciate your support and hope your new chair brings you plenty of freedom, confidence and independence.

My etech wheelchair.
It is quite heavy for us lifting it in and out of the car, so we are thinking of buying a hoist. It's £400 nearly. Otherwise it's very good for what we use it for. Delivery was very quick, though the delivery driver was struggling with it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're pleased to hear that you're happy with your Freedom Elite AFMR overall and that delivery was completed quickly.
We completely understand your comments regarding the weight when lifting the chair in and out of the car. Depending on individual lifting ability, even a folding wheelchair can still be challenging to load regularly. A Portable Car Boot Hoist can be a useful option to take much of the strain out of loading and unloading the chair.
Thank you again for choosing Etech Mobility and for your honest feedback. We hope your Freedom Elite AFMR continues to serve you well, and our team will be happy to advise you on suitable loading options if needed.

I love my new wheel chair!
I love my new wheel chair it is great ,it is much better than the gocrest it kept saying low battery and was so squeaky when it was moving it was making me angry so I decided to look around then I saw this new one from Etech I love it there is no noise or anything it so quite and I don’t feel like I am going to fall out seat belt fits great to and the price is great too . The only down side was the showroom was really small and wasn’t as i expected which was a bit disappointing .but they did let us try to see what f it would fit in my car which was great .delivery was fast came the next day .I didn’t like the constant spam of emails saying give us review but I wanted to use it a few times first to see how things went and things went really good . I even bought another battery and may even buy some arm rest covers as the arm rest dig in my wrist , but they said they ran out so I need wait till they got more in . Well worth buying this wheel chair !

We're delighted to hear how much you're enjoying your Freedom Elite AR, particularly the quiet and smooth ride, comfortable seating and added confidence from the seat belt. It's also great to know you found the chair good value and that delivery was completed the very next day.
We really appreciate your constructive feedback too. We're sorry that the size of the showroom wasn't quite what you expected, although we're pleased the team could help you test the chair with your car before purchasing. We also completely understand wanting time to properly use your new wheelchair before being asked to review it, and we'll take your comments regarding the frequency of our review emails on board.
Thank you as well for returning to us for an additional battery. We hope to have the armrest covers available again soon, as they may help make things more comfortable for you.
Thank you again for choosing Etech Mobility and your Freedom Elite AR. We're thrilled that it's proving to be such a worthwhile purchase and hope it continues to give you greater comfort, confidence and independence.
A great experience
During my consultation at the Birmingham showroom, I was able to try a number of suitable chairs. I did not feel rushed or under pressure to buy. Being able to try the chair outside was great. Thank you Etech.

I cannot and will not fault Etech…
I cannot and will not fault Etech Mobility UK, had my wheelchair a year now, had problems with the motors and they sent a courier to collect the wheelchair no questions asked and it was back within 2 days shinny shinny full working order, suppliers of the motors fault faulty Bach of motors, about 6 months later noise from one of the motors booked it in sent it down to them, no questions asked extensive testing on it for a week, came back shinny shinny all working no problems, I take the dog for a walk with me in the wheelchair to my local park, it has a little rough grassy area and steep in climbs where the dog likes to sniff, even though he's on a 10ft lead I still have to follow him, the wheelchair just jumps to off road mode I swear, it just copes with it all, have the power a little lower don't race it but it's still wonderful and copes with a little rough.
So anyone thinking or wondering about buying from Etech Mobility UK , please don't worry, from my experience the product does last, these wheelchairs are well worth the money you pay for them and they do last the test of time no matter what you ask them to do or take them and you have a fantastic team of sales and service which are very understanding they just want to make their customers happy and satisfied no matter what your problem or worries are about, they will sort it.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such an incredible and detailed review, especially after a full year of owning your wheelchair.
We're delighted to hear that, even when you've experienced issues with the motors, our team has been able to get your chair collected, thoroughly checked and returned to you in full working order. We know how important a wheelchair can be to everyday independence, so providing reliable after-sales support when something goes wrong is incredibly important to us.
It's also brilliant to hear how well your chair continues to handle your trips to the local park with your dog, including the grass, inclines and slightly rougher ground. Your description of it "jumping into off-road mode" certainly made us smile! Using a sensible speed and power setting for the conditions is always a good approach.
Most of all, thank you for putting your trust in Etech Mobility and for reassuring others through your own long-term experience. Hearing that you feel both the wheelchair and our Sales and Customer Service teams have stood the test of time means a great deal to us.
"Forget the rest, deal with the best" is quite the endorsement! Thank you again for your continued support. We hope you and your four-legged companion enjoy many more adventures together.
